"Im not an alien." Caesar said. "I am worse though." He said looking at the ground. Rex had to understand that he didnt want this. Caesar would rather be banished from seeing anyone than be a demon in another world.

Rex blinked in confusion. "Whatever you are Casear it won't stop us from being brothers." he said with a smile, but it was kind of forced. Things were not as they seemed they should be, it was very difficult for him to actually want to see anyone hurt, especially his brother.
"We are still brothers right?"

"Of course. Nothing could change that." Caesar said. Rex had to know sooner or later what he was so Caesar just let the words out of his mouth. "Rex, Im a demon." Caesar said stepping into the light, letting his red eyes show.

Well that was unexpected. However, it was not a good unexpected. "This better be a joke bro. If it is, its not very funny." the boy stumbled backwards. He was a demon hunter, he was meant to kill demons, yet if his brother was one then that would mean tearing apart the only family he had left

"Do you work for that queen?" Rex asked, still not going to let it off that he was going to trust any demon. "One of the demons i fought said that there was a queen, do you work for her?" he was starting to get nervous, this was so weird. he was related to a demon! What would he tell Six and Holiday if they called.
"Hermano, i don't want to kill you," he said. "It's my job...i hunt demons for a living, i just can't do it, not that if you are one."

"Ive only met one demon. The tiger named Khan helped me here." Caesar said. "Ive heard horrible stories about them so I try to stay away as much as possible." He said.

Rex shook his head unable to think about it, "Why? Why?!" he asked, his fists shaking. "Why is it that now that we finally get to meet up again, i am the one that kills your kind. It's not fair." he wished he could change. He wished he could just make all of it stop, the meteor shower, everything.
"You promise you don't hurt anyone?" he asked. "You really mean it!"

"I swear." Caesar said. He hated this. He could have been a shapeshifter, or a werewolf, but no he had to be a demon. The worst of them all next to vampires and serial killers. "And I promise I'll find a way out of this. Yo prometo, I promise." He said.

Rex nodded but he knew it wasn't going to be the same. He made a promise to himself that he would make sure no one would be hurt due to demons, now to find that his brother was one was starting to be really confusing. He wasn't about to start crying but he was really angry about the whole thing that he would give anything to not have his brother be a monster.
"Do you know of anyone that would know if you could not be one?" he asked. "I mean a demon?"

"I was thinking I could make some type of cure." Caesar said. He could possible find a way to make the chemicals in the meteor react as a cure for him but it would take time and he'd have to act fast.

"Isn't that dangerous though?" Rex asked, his voice shaking a bit. "You don't know if those chemicals could you know end up killing you with that demon blood inside you." he frowned at the idea of his brother doing something stupid like that but it had seemed like it would have worked.

"Well I cant live like this, mijo." Caesar said. He sighed. "Maybe there's another way? This would be way easier if I could think in my lab, but I dont think that's an option." He said with a straight look on his face.

"Well what about witches? Or fairies?" Rex asked. "They have magic, maybe they could do something." It was kind of a long shot, and normally Rex wouldn't have been caught dead believing in witches but this was his brother. "Couldn't you like...i don't know, find some potion or something." he asked. "They are probably tons of them here!"
