Alrighty, I think I'll bring along the following then.
Vidia-Fairies
Shego-Witches. If there aren't any other witches/wizards besides her and possibly Marina coming along to side with Gothel, then Luna too. Unless I misread the first post and we can only bring one character of each class to the meeting.
Tigress-Shifters
Scarlett-Vamps. From what I understand, Light, Odette, and Scarlett are the only three coming along with Azula, so it should be OK.
Duke- Angels if it's OK with Proteus.

I would be okay with Duke coming along to the meeting. So that doesn't surprise me.
The only one that's cant bring more than one are the people who are already leaders but they can't bring anyone from the same class as them. Example: Marina couldn't bring Courtney, or Musa couldn't bring Kimiko
