I Wanna Be Famous

[Courtney]

"You'd know a lot about stooping low, wouldn't you?"

Brainy brunette had been walking in the town minding her own business. She had successfully created a double for her and decided to treat herself to a day off. What? You think she didn't allow herself time off? Of course she did, she just made sure all of her studying and work were donw first. However, she did NOT expect to see her ex here. Of all the places he had to be, it had to be here. However, if the prep was surprised she certainly didn't show it. A look of distain plastered on her face as she glared at the punk. How she wished she could cast a spell and make him dissapear. That would certainly solve all of her problems.

Not that she cared that he was here. No! Why would she care that the guy she might've actually...might've actually loved, who cheated on her and stomped on her heart was now in the same place as she? AN onyx eye twitched in annoyance. SHe was dwelling on it again.

"Duncan...what a pleasure seeing you here." She said, not meaning a word of it (and it didn't come off that convincing either). She was a lady, and ladies were always civil. Even when they really wanted to bash someones skull in.

[Duncan]

Duncan mumbled something barely audible before turning to the once beautiful girl. "Like wise Princess." Duncan retorted. "And what the hell do you mean I would know?"

[Lindsay]

Lindsay looked up from her boots. "I can fly with these!?" She said. "I thought they were only decoration." Lindsay said trying to touch her wings. "Oh hey we know them." She said smiling. Lindsay got excited. Maybe Tyler would show up.

[Trent]

Trent sighed and he had a feeling that the good time with his friend wouldn't be broken but sadly because of Duncan it was, however seeing Courtney there was a bit of a change, maybe she could keep the jerk under control.

"As a matter of fact i do work for the dancers." he said. "I would much rather work for them then have people start rumors about me, pied pipers are dangerous or so people say so at least i get to work doing what i love even if it is with dancers."

[Lindsay]

"Duncan's just jealous of your job, Tod." Lindsay said sincerely. "But he should know the dancer's he's looking for aren't the ones you work with, right?" The blonde said smiling. Many people underestimated Lindsay. Never underestimate a blonde in cowboy boots and a mini skirt.

[Duncan]

Duncan just stared at the busty blonde. "Um, Lindsay, were you just trying to be smart?" he asked. "Because I did not follow a word of that."

[Lindsay]

Lindsay crossed her arms. "I was basically calling you a toy." She said flipping her hair behind her shoulder. This blonde may be stupid but wasn't going to let Duncan walk all over her.

[Duncan]

Duncan got pissed. "Mind saying that again sweetheart? Because I have a new look for your face ready and waiting," he said holding up his fist.

[Trent]

Trent slowly stood up. "Whoa, whoa, easy you two." he said. While he did agree with Lindsay on several of those things, he didn't want anyone to get hurt, at least not yet. "Chill out for a moment, i mean really, what good is it going to do if you two start fighting?" he glanced at Courtney, who was probably just as surprised to see him as he was her.

[Lindsay]

Lindsay backed away from Duncan. She thought about Duncan bashing her face in. Would he really go that low? Lindsay did not want to find out. Calming down Lindsay stood there and looked at her mucky boots. She was a bit upset that Trent didn't up in front agree with her.

[Duncan]

Duncan rolled his eyes. "Whatever pretty boy. You're just upset that Gwen left you."

In the instant he said it he wished he hadn't. He looked at Courtney out of the corner of his eye. It's not like he was weak and any girl could beat him up but things were different. In this situation she's not a girl, she's Courtney. It's a whole nother thing.

[Gwen]

'Great.' Gwen thought to herself. 'I have to look for friends again.' The goth girl hated the idea of meeting new people. She wasn't the type of people person everyone else seemed to be. Being here in a new place with different surroundings was going to be hard. Gwen just knew it. She heard people talking from behind a tree. Calmly she took a deep breath and walked over to the people.

Gwen haulted. "Argh! Your kidding me?" She said clenching her fists.

"GWEN!" Lindsay yelled. She ran over and tackled the goth. "Ohmigosh! I missed you!" Lindsay said kicking her legs.

[Duncan]

As soon as Duncan saw the goth he smiled. He chuckled slightly and went over to help pry off the blonde. "Lindsay, don't kill her the second you see her."

[Courtney]

Type-A prep had been quiet throughout the entire exchange, Lindsay was an idiot who lost her respect after TDA, Duncan was obvious, the only one she considered okay was Trent, loser though he may be, he seemed to be the only one to keep his moral fiber in tact throughout the entire show. Includng her. She'd admit the money made her a little crazy, though not out loud. It may have even led to Duncan's unfaithfulness, but it didn't excuse it.

"Why not?" She muttered spitefully. "That's what I planned to do the next time I saw her." She said glaring at the goth girl. "Hello Gwen she said spitefully, not even pretending to be civil like she had with Duncan. She hated her. Sharing a castle with her was bad enough, and now she had to see her around town.

[Duncan]

"Relax Princess," Duncan sighed as he hoisted Gwen up. "No need to be so hateful. It's not like she's Heather. Oh wait," Duncan though, "Heather hates you because you did the exact same thing to her."
