Odette calmed and went to stand closer to Azula, she was more like a hand maiden then a fighter for the princess. Though if the need called for it she could fight. Crossing her arms tight she sighed and looked at the princess. "Do we really need him Princess Azula?" she asked looking at the boy with distaste, needless to say the blonde wasn't a fan.

"Don't get your fangs in a twist blondie," Duncan scoffed at Odette. "So you're this high and mighty Azula I'm hearing about."

"Not the military I was in when I had brighter hair, of course Azula's family's army, like the princess said." Scarlett said, uncrossing her arms upon the arrival of the princess. Crimson eyes lazily rolled on over to the female vampire. Who was the oldest when they became a vampire? Probably Scarlett. And she wasn't even in her thirties. The youngest, however, was a bit harder to determine. Could be the male, could be Odette, could even be Azula.
She cocked an eyebrow at Duncan. "Maybe it be best if he joined the army, Azula. Maybe it'll teach him a little respect towards his superiors." How long was it since she was in charge? She knew that someone else took charge instead of her, despite her being of higher rank, when she was alive. She had become the wingman then. Who was above her? Derek? Something like that. Scarlett had tried to forget her past so much, she could hardly recall names.
Shana. Shana was her real name. She had to remind herself constantly that she was still Shana, despite being a cold blooded killer in society's eyes.

"There's power in numbers, Odette." She said calmly. "So long as they're compitent, we can use whoever we get."
Azula nodded in agreement with Scarlett. Except the Princess had something else in mind. "While I agree that respect for superiors is important, even vital tot he structure of an army, I've seen his type before." She said circling the potential recruit. "Rebellious, no respect for any authority figure, runs at the first sign of authority... Forcing him in andtrying to break him will only fuel the desire for rebellion. If he is to join, it must be by his own choice. But you should know...these woods and the rest of this land is ripe with slayers." She said thoughtfully. "My army can offer you security. While I don't doubt your own ability to fight them off, I do believe you'll be ins ome trouble faced with an entire fleet of them." she said.

Duncan rolled his eyes. It was his general cover. He wasn't going to deny the fact that security was a good thing but he sure wasn't going to show it. And besides, this Azula girl had a look in her eye that screamed power. He knew that if he could get close to her he could make his way up in no time. But he never liked giving a girl the satisfaction of winning over him. Courtney was the one exception where he excepted defeat.
He groaned and kicked the dirt below him. "I'll join," he said. Then he stared at the blonde. "But not for your sake cupcake. I'll do it for Azula. She's got a pretty good handle on life."

"All the flattery isn't going to make me like you, sweet cheeks," Odette hissed a the punk boy. There wasn't many people that really pissed her off like this boy did. But Azula had accepted him so she had to accept him as a part of the crew. Though dealing with him was going to be a pain, she could already tell. There where so many things she'd have to do now, one more room to get ready. Thankfully she only really served Azula though.

"Oh trust me Princess, you'll warm up to me," Duncan smiled. "They always do."
In fact, the way Odette was acting was sort of a déjà vu moment for him. It reminded him too much of the way Courtney had first acted towards him. She thought of him as nothing more than a good for nothing punk. It wasn't until the team needed him that she actually decided to count him out as skillful.
"Oh and by the way Blondie, I wouldn't strain yourself too much trying to hate me. All of those worry lines will make you ugly before you know it."

Tiana made her way towards the group, dark skinned vampire standing out among the pale vampires before her. She blinked beautiful red eyes and smiled at them, showing off fangs. "Oh, oh," she chuckled, "Look at what we got here. Vampires gatherin'? Ain't that fun?" She placed slender hands on her hips and titled her head to the side.
"Azula..." The femme's eyes narrowed. Azula was well known to the bayou vampire. She was dangerous. That much Tiana knew.

Odette frowned delicately at Duncan before turning her attention to the new comer. She seemed different than the others, darker that was for sure. She didn't like how she was looking at Azula very much though.

A pair of red eyes pierced through the shadows of the trees, taking a bite of pockey from her mouth, the nimble red head looked down at hte group for a moment, her red and black boots dangling down before she jumped. Landing gracefully on the ground. She didn't bother saying hello, not yet anyways

Azula listened to the others argue with an uninterested look. They would solve it by themselves, if not she’d step in an eliminate the problem. However, what did catch her interest was the dark-skinned vampire that appeared. She seemed to know her, though she didn’t look very happy. Golden eyes narrowed at the outsider. “I don’t believe I’ve had the pleasure.” She said raising an eyebrow and smirking mischievously.
She offered the other girl a slight glance. If she wasn’t going to introduce herself, Azula was going to continue with the situation at hand.

Light leaned against a tree away from the group, watching them with interest. Azula.. he thought, She seems like the leader...and Odette - the small blonde one - seems quite close to her... His eyes scanned around the other vampires, trying to decipher which ones seemed friendly, and which ones not, higher ranking from the lower ranking, outcasts from this 'army'.
He stepped towards the group, still hiding in the shade of the trees, and smirking as he noticed another like him, on the outlines, watching the group silently.

The red head finally licked her fangs before turning to Azula, unlike the other vampire's her's were smaller and her hunger had been growing, she kept herself from wanting to bite the one with the mohawk by biting into an apple she had plucked from the tree.
"Name's Sakura, that's it. I hope its okay if i crash here. I don't know what this army you've got going on is about but let me tell you..." she glared at them. "If any of you get in my way I will not hesitate to take you down."

Azula may have admired ruthlessness, but nobody threatened her vampires on her watch, and they especially didn't threaten her of all people. The redhead, obviously didn't know who she was deaing with, it was the only way to excuse such stupidity, bravery, craziness, whatever it was, Aula hadn't quite figured it out yet. Golden eyes turned fromt the dark-skinned vampire to the small redhead.
"Don't make promises you can't keep, little girl." She snarled at her. "I admire ruthlessness as much as the next person, don't get me wrong, but threatening other soldiers, and especially threating the princess isn't tolerated by my father." She warned. "I'll let it go because you're apperantly new," she said, a bit condescendingly. "but do not. do it. again, or I'll handle it myself."

Sakura turned to Azula with a smirk. "Whatever, i don't need forgiveness. I just warning you that everyone is my competiton, but i sense something in you that wants me to consider you as my ally so i will be perfectly fine on my own." she said taking bite of the red juicy apple again
