The Meeting

[Proteus]

(ooc: Takes place July 1st, that's right new month. Here's what i need though, i need this thread to be played Properly, being as it may, Gothel might not be on for awhile but i don't want her to come to 4 pages already complete unless absolutely necessary. There is no one liners allowed. I WILL NEED: Sinbad, Musa, Azula, Gothel and Eris in this thread. and anyone else that has voluteered to join in the meeting. that being said please pace it properly)


It was a gloomy day, one of the worst the fallen angel had ever seen. It didn't help that the fact was that a woman had died with concrete evidence that almost all the races were involved and to make matters worse. A child, had discovered the body. Sadness filled his eyes as he pushed open the door to the Manor and made his way to the conference room.

Rex was already there, cursing himself that he had not been around to save a girl from this demise, but he had reasons for being here as well. He didn't like it but what else could the demon hunter do?

along with him, Riven, the young oracle was staring off into the darkness through a window. He did not speak to the newcomer and left himself feeling unusually depressed.

Already, the conference room had been silent. Then, a flash of light and a disheveled man sat there. This was yet another time jump that he couldn't control. He pulled out his golden watch, checking the date, place, and time. He shrugged, then leaned back in the seat he appeared in. He yawned and started to take a light snooze, not particurly caring what was going on.

[Sinbad]

(OOC: First post here! Yay! Quick question, does Sinbad know Proteus? Or are they complete strangers? )

Sinbad glanced around, taking in scents, gaining his bearings. Many creatures had been here before, but not one of them had stayed for very long. He was here because he heard about the girl's death. He wanted to make it clear that he wasn't responsible for this. Werewolves, volatile tempers and all, lived by a code. Or at least, his werewolves did.
Two stronger scents caught his attention. Sinbad turned to look at them, then his head swiveled around as the door opened as another person walked in.

[Proteus]

(ooc: they do know each other, but Marina and Sinbad do not)

Proteus was a bit surprised that not many people were here yet, he was more concerned that he had arrived late. Seeing as that only a few people had made their prescene known, most of them men to be sure. It was a little odd. His eyes widened at the sight of a familar face. "Sinbad?"

Sokka quietly followed Sinbad, his leaer for the time being. After all, Taiga had been kind enough to allow him to join the pack as long as he didn't get in Sinbad's way. He nervously grasped his boomerang, knowing full well that he migh have to use it, along with his sword and his Wolf's Claw(#1). He had his back hunched slightly, making him seem smaller.

He raised an eyebrow as he realized that one of the other groups knew Sinbad. Perhaps, it wouldn't be so bad if they found out that his sister was a witch.

(ooc: Got it! Thanks!)

Sinbad felt Sokka tense behind him and decided to ignore it for the time being. He didn't exactly want a fight, but had confidence that his pack would be victorious if it came down to it. His mouth tugged into a grin at Proteus' surprised expression. "Proteus! It's been a long time." He sniffed the air and raised an eyebrow. "You...something's different about you."

[Eris]

(ooc: okay peoples Eris in the house! Oh and Sinbad would you like Taiga to be in here or no?)

Eris appeared out of the shadows of the room. Trying to keep her face neutral, not that hard to do, but still it amused the Demon Queen immensely to see all the races so confused. She was amused buy her minions work to say the least. Where were the others though, if it was going to be this slow she couldn't enjoy it very much. Seeing Sinbad and Proteus, the woman smirked and thought to herself, This is going to be the chaos scheme of the century!

Xia looked around, sticking close to Rex out of habit. She had to keep herself focused on his thoughts, with a bunch of other people around it was a lot harder to do. Demons were going to be here and since she couldn't read their minds it put her on edge.

"Rex," she said, "It's not your fault."

[Jenna]

Jenna came alongside her queen. She kept a straight face, but inside she happy with what all this had started.
She was also surprised that so many people cared about a silly ole' nymph.

[Azula]

((Actually, at this point Sinbad and Marina have met, in a thread that I REALLY need to reply to, but she's not showing up here unless I get permission from Gothel anyways so it doesn't matter.)

The Princess walked in, an emotionless mask on her face. She didn't know if those she'd chosen to come with her would show up. But she could handle things on her own if it came down to that. Word was that some fairy had died. She didn't really care, though you wouldn't be seeing such a calm reaction out of her if it was one of her campires that had perished. Just who had done it was up for debate, but if givent he chance, she'd blame the hunters, if anything to get the rest of the to turn against them. They were really the only personal threat to her kind. Other than Werewolves of course. Speaking of which, she turned to glare at the werewolf ruler. Her eyes only kept on him for a split second. Eyes wandered to the demon queen before finally settling on a place to stand.

One thing was for sure, her kind would not be blamed for this. Vampire's killed, yes, but in the quietest, non-messiest way possible. Not to mention, nothing went on in her army that she didn't know about.

It wasn't long after that, that a very pissed-off looking fairy queen walked in. She knew some people were doubting her leadership because she was so young, but this had taken their paranoia to a whole other level. Not to mention that Nymphs and Fairies were closely related, she felt as if she'd lost one of her own. Accusing azure eyes landed on every person in the room. She would get to the bottom of this if it took her a lifetime. Kimiko had stayed back at their kingdom. She didn't want her sister to see her lose control when she found out who did it. Her money was on the demons, but accusations had been flying everywhere since the news of Giselle's death.

However, she would listen to her gut for now. That being said, her harsh glare was quickly turned on the demon queen, Eris. She had heard some horror stories about her, but Musa would not back down, no matter what.

[Eris]

Eris felt eyes on her and turned to see Musa glaring at her. Ooh sooo scary, the woman thought rolling her eyes, Please. Some insignificant pixie chick doesn't intimidate me. She smirked and flashed her eyes red, extending her fingers out so that they looked like bat wings, just to give the other a scare. As quick as she changed, she went back to her preferred form, patting her hell hound on the head.

"Some scary fairy," she said with a sarcastic tone.

Taiga walked in and had to not only go on her toes but jump to try and see over everyone. Searching for Sinbad shouldn't have been that hard. Spotting him after about her third jump she smiled and walked over to the man. Surprised to see Sokka there, she gave the boy a small smile.

Odette walked in not long after Azula, placing herself next to the princess, the blonde played with her blonde hair and glanced around. Nearly every race was there, hardly anyone was missing. Even the demon hunters were milling about.

"Princess," she said under her breath, "What will happen if the hunters decide to attack?"

Thrax walked in, accompianing his queen. He smirked as he looked at the ones arrived so far. Wouldn't prove too much of a challenge should someone start a fight. He adjusted his shades and grinned, showing his yellow teeth.

Sokka waved at Taiga and beckoned her over. He started talking in hushed tones. "You know a guy named Proteus? Apparently, he knows Sinbad..."

Tulio in the seat he had taken, just snored. It had been a very long time since he had been able sleep peacefully and he wasn't going to give up that chance. Currently, he was having better control over his powers. He could now choose when he left, not really worrying about being plucked out of thin air by some unseen force and being hurled across time. He flipped over to his side, his mouth open and some drool dripping out of the corner.

[Proteus]

Proteus smiled at Sinbad. "Well, nothing has really changed about me. Other than these." he opened his bright feathered wings. "But hey, its not every day that a guy turns into an angel." the man replied before feeling the chills on his shoulders at the entrance of the demon queen.

Rex shook his head at Xia. "You shouldn't be here..." he muttered before turning away from the other demons, having be able to sense one demon was bad enough but having two of clearly powerful demons in the same place was not good.

Riven shook his head but gave a nod at Musa, he could sense her anger, and not that he minded but he didn't like the idea of this new meeting being called into place. "Are we going to get started?"

The door opened again revealing a young man with a brilliant cruel smile, Rex flinched at the pressure he brought out. His golden eyes flashed over the fairies and angels. "I believe that we are still waiting on the witches, isn't that right my queen?"

[Mother Gothel]

(ooc: It's fine with me if Marina comes in. ^^)

"If you want my opinion, none of us should be here."

Gothel was, needless to say, irritated about having to come to the meeting at all. It had meant that she would have to leave behind the rest of the witches and wizards behind and attend a meeting with the rest of the races. It was stupid. She would have preferred to make sure her 'students' were still doing all right with their powers. But no. There she was, with a couple of chosen witches that had wanted to come along, waiting to see what would come of the meeting. "I can tell you right now. Witches and wizards had nothing to do with this. Even the most... untrained wizard and witch would know not to use their powers so rashly." Gothel said. Of course, she was directing her comment about untrained wizards at Hiccup. Fortunately for her, though, the redhead didn't want to come along.

"So, really, this is all a waste of time." Gothel said. She'd dismissed it as a waste of time long ago. Going back to her castle would have been the best thing at that moment.

"Proteus...?"

Ion was sticking close to Proteus at that moment in time. He'd just arrived, and already he was about a foot away from the older angel. He was normally comfortable around others, as should have been known by then, but right then Ion felt as uncomfortable as a fish out of water. The green-haired angel didn't know anyone present, other than Proteus, and so didn't know what he could say around them. In fact, the very idea of the meeting had Ion in knots. He didn't know what to say about what had happened. Despite his maturity, he was still just a fourteen year old. What did he know about death other than he had died, anyway?

"I don't like this. It isn't normal that all these different beings are together, is it?" he asked. At last, Ion did take notice of Sinbad. He blinked a couple of times and looked him over. Was that a friend of Proteus'?

[Proteus]

"That's not for us to say though." Proteus replied. "Apparently there was evidence of a witch being around the body at the time." he couldn't exactly believe what the demons were saying, in fact as an angel his first instict was to blame the demons but all the evidence was very convincing. "I personally don't see why anyone would suspect angels, we've never even seen this girl."

He turned to Ion was a smile. He didn't like this either, at certain point a fight was sure to break out

[Ion]

"This is true. I didn't even know something had happened until just a short while ago." Ion said. He didn't think an angel could have killed anyone even if they wanted to. He himself was harmless, and Proteus probably wouldn't hurt anyone either. The idea that angels were being suspected at all bothered Ion. "That being said, I don't believe angels had anything to do with it. But it's best we don't start throwing blame around this soon." Ion advised. He didn't want the meeting to turn into a brawl. If that happened, he certainly wouldn't come out of it unharmed.
