"If they are so different from us then why should we care what happens to them?" Kyrian asked suddenly. "For all we know, they are misusing the gifts that they have recieved from the shower, some of them haven't even gotten gifts from it. If we get blamed for starting a war then it is not going on my head."
he shook his head before turning to look at the realm in front of him. "What right do they have to even summon us, we are probably just fairytales to humans, something pathetic that they see as a good fortune."

"Oh like you don't misuse your powers Kyrian?" Diabella asked with a smirk, "You know that you do. As for the summoning, they need to be guided to be helped. If they didn't we'd all be fading like your sister."

Viscis turned around, spitting out his words with a fury. "Do you forget why we have done it in the first place? This is your game, not mine! You blame me for the pieces when I am simply the referee! I suggested this war for a conclusion of you and your sister's feud and last time I checked, you agreed wholeheartedly!"
He held out a hand to the land below. "This is our place, yet we always desired more! So, I started giving away lifeless worlds as gifts. You and your sisters' predecessors just assumed Earth was rightfully theirs, so they both argued and fought until they both died! I chose you two to succeed them, yet the conflict arose again!"
He stalked closer to the other Spirit. He leaned in close, his eyes burning with anger. "You are a part of this until the end whether you wish it or not!"
He took a few steps back, whirling around as he fumed. He started composing himself. "Kyrian, you are the Spirit of Darkness as your sister is the Spirit of Light. The two of you can fight until the very prize you seek burns, yet you will continue. I am simply offering you a way to decide who the real victor is once and for all while Earth is still intact."

Kyrian, once again rolled his eyes. He heard this speech many, many times before. He didn't need to hear it again. He simply shook his head and turned back to the land. "The war might not even be my part of the game Vicius, the one going down on earth, sure i help influence demons, but i am not the one that chose to kill an innocent woman..." he smirked. "That was all their doing."

Viscis sighed. He stared at the ground. "I know it wasn't your decision. It was mine."
He seemed to shrivel up, becoming slightly smaller as he hunched his back. "This is the final tournament and all we needed to do was push one person in the right direction for it to begin. Besides, you really think she's completely gone? She'll be going to the angels, but the war will have already started first."

"Yeah, sure that's what everyone says about the dead." Kyrian replied with a sigh. "I don't get it, its like one death causes a chain of events to occur, it reminds me of the butterfly effect." he shsook his head before returning back to his normal form that he went to visit morals. "What do we get out of helping these humans. Their faith...hate to break it to them but i don't need their faith."

Viscis looked across at Kyrian. "You think I'm being hopeful? Do you forget I am the Spirit of Time? I actually know she will be going to them."
Faith? They weren't gods, he knew, but now the Spirit of Darkness was complaining of Faith? What kind of emotional bullcrap was he going through right now? He shook his head and almost screamed in exasperation. Kyrian was just one of those types, being a complete pessimist. "Simple. Should you win, you get the Earth on a platter."
