Personality: Musa is true to her element, in the sense that she loves any and all kinds of music. She loves singing, playing instruments, but her favorite is the concert flute. Despite being musically gifted she tends to play better when she is alone. Despite being the biggest tomboy, she is also the most emotionally vulnerable. This is due to her mother’s death and her father not being around much. She hides it and puts up a tough front, which usually works, but it can sometimes come crashing down. Once you get to know her, Musa is a great friend who will always be there for you when you need it. She will put others before herself. She's courageous and brave, and will never go down with a fight.
History: Musa grew up with her family on earth. They were happy for a while, and she had great friends and went to a great school Once she graduated she began contemplating what she wanted to do with her life and realized her passion for music. She entered a school for Music, and caught the attention of Jason Queen. They began discussing a record deal, and Musa couldn’t have been happier. One day she was sitting outside at night and watched a meteor shower with her little sister Kimiko. For a while, the change went unnoticed. She continued going to her music school, performing at the Frutti Music Bar and talking with Jason. However, when an unknown person almost beat up her sister on their way home she thought she was powerless to do anything. However, when she began to get angry she unknowingly sent a blast of her newly found magic at him. She managed to save her sister, but she was so freaked out by what happened she ran straight home.
It was there that she realized Kimiko had inherited powers too. Their parents were shocked to say the least, but stuck by their girls. However, news of trouble reached Musa’s ears and she wanted to put her new powers to good use, so she rounded up her sister (Kimiko begged to go) and other fairies and soon became their leader. She became particularly good friends with the rest of the Winx and they often help her with her army of fairies. It was a hard job, but someone had to do it. She found a book on faries and began reading up on it, and quickly learned her way up.
Family: Matlin, Hoe-Boe, and Kimiko (They’re just a family of people with odd names, aren’t they?)
Element: N/A But her power stems from Music.

Ugh. She could be putting on a concert, or finishing the touches on her record deal back in Gardenia. Where was she instead? Teaching her sister how to use her powers. As if she was some expert on fairies!
Wait…oh yeah.
Well, she signed up for this job, but she was still learning too. However, her music powers wouldn’t do harm to their home if controlled.
“You’re not shooting off your firepower in here Kimiko! Go practice outside!” She yelled, stomping on a particularly small flame. “If I see any more scorch marks in here I’m going to wring your little fairy neck!” She shouted as her sister retreated for fear of Musa’s temper.
“Phew.” She said as she slumped down in her chair. Finally a moment of peace.
“MUSA!”
“Argh!” She slammed her head down on the desk. Longest. Day. Ever.
