sounds like a plan. I did have one idea of how the wars between all the races started.
What if, a murder was committed by someone killing off one of the girls/boys of the races. This causes the leaders (Gothel, Sinbad, Tiana, Musa and so forth) to start an argument demanding the person responsible to come forth and admit it.
When no one does it would be like a heated battle on the sides of others

Well, it'll at least give them interaction, as the other thread looks like it's only for witches in particular, not for werewolves or vampires.
