Other: (has anything changed in their apperance since getting hit by the magic? example: wings, fangs) Izaya is slightly pale and his eyes appear to be red in most of the light or in the dark. He has fangs and though they are not visible except in combat, he has black shadow wings.
Personality:
The best way to describe Izaya is a confident, crafy troublemaker. He enjoys putting people in awkward situations just to see their reactions . While he claims to love humans, he can't help but put them into chaotic situations. Despite this he knows quite a bit about human behavior and can probably read people better than they can read themselves. While his jolly behavior is often seen as a mockery, Izaya speaks informally to people and often gives them nicknames.
It is clear that he is not interested in girls and they are not interested in him.
History: (be detailed in this one!): Izaya grew up in Ikebukuro Japan, he attended Raira Academy with a few people he knew. Shizuo was the first one he had an instant disliking for. The two's strong hatred grew stronger to where they would often start fights on the street.
On the night of the meteor shower, Izaya was out looking for trouble when the magic from the shower was absorbed into him. He found himself more powerful and different. Though he did not allow his family to see these changes.
Though his family did not care about him as well as he wanted. The boy left the idea of having a loving family and found himself drawn to the others of the Magical Kingdom.
It is rumored by other demons and people that this boy killed his family but he has done nothing to prove this rumor wrong and has not denied it.
Izaya does not live with either the vampires or demons and more likely just travels by himself and enjoys messing with anyone

Utau and Ikuto (cousins, though they are unaware of this)

Izaya smirked as he wiped the blood from his lip and stood up. His brown eyes stared at the man in front of him. A fellow demon, or at least that's what the others called him.
Caesar Salazar was not a demon. At least he didn't look or act like one to Izaya. He was a human with feelings. "Did i say something to make you mad?" he asked.
"You know very well what you said." Caesar said darkly.
Izaya raised an eyebrow keeping the smirk on his face. "I don't know what you are talking about." he said. "But i think that you should know that your brother thinks you are a monster."
"He does not!"
"He kills our kind for a living!" Izaya replied calmly. "You are related to a killer,"
The man in front of him said nothing, Izaya shrugged and put his hands in his pockets.
"He doesn't know." Ceasear said.
"Oh but he could, in fact what's to stop me from telling him?" Izaya asked. "If you don't tell him, then i will and who knows he might find out on his own."
"If you lay one hand on my brother-"
"You'll what? Kill me?" Izaya asked. "Even if you wanted to, you know you wouldn't there's not a killing bone in your body. Face it Salazar, you are not a demon. in fact you are just pathetic."
