Other: When he turns into a were-rat the sophisticated Rat loses his clothing, having it ripped and frayed. He is furrier,has sharper claws and teeth.
Personality:Cunning, deadly and crafty, Professor Ratigan is the kingof criminals, always following through with his evil plans with a perfect execution. He’s a genius, an arrogant genius who is optomistic that all of his plans willwork if he just puts some thought and hard work into it. His brains will be an asset to the animal villains with his uncanny ability to build traps, torture devices and machines. He has a sense of refinery about him. He’s charismatic and even has a bit of a flirtatious charm to his tongue when he talks to women.
Unless you call him a RAT. Then the bestial side comes out as he’s under the delusion he’s just a great big mouse. He will not hesitate to kill. His feral sewer rat tendancies have gotten higher since his fall from big ben but he’s still the Ratigan he always was. Just a tad more ferocious and not afraid to fight.
History: A sewer rat born to neuveau riche rat parents, Ratigan’s mother and father had great plans for him. They saved up money to send him to a fancy private school for mice. However, he was bullied, called a sewer rat and beaten unmercifully. He was determined to be smarter than the mice at the boarding schoolso he read and studied long hours until graduating with honors. When he went to college, the budding professor realized his great intelect could be put to other uses. He worked as an apprentice to a book keeper and read many books and studied many texts. However he discovered something. Rats in literature were evil and bad while mice were good. He decided right there to see himself as a mouse. He called himself a mouse, he lived like a mouse.
But they still made fun of him. Ratigan grew more twisted and mad in his learning and teachings, Getting a teaching degree and moving into the sewers, Ratigan started to embrace his criminal minds. First pulling small heists, he gained followers and began to accumulate money because of his criminal dealings. It was one of his big heists that he first met the young Basil of Baker Street who ruined and foiled his plans. But Ratigan always managed to slip free.
Then the meteor shower hit. Ratigan felt the change during the night when he went out on bloodthirsty raids and killing smaller animals. He fled London and found his way to Gothel's Castle. Befriending the witch, Ratigan now lives with his duel personalities.

"Who's there?" Gothel asked, looking up. He smoothed his fur and approached the woman.
"Allow me to introduce myself my fine lady," he said, "Ratigan, at your service. The world's greatest criminal mind."
