Wilbur was happy to have somone around that wasn't a actual person. To be honest, he liked the other witches and wizards but, well he felt different about them. He was never good at the social thing, only around his family. and they were crazy enough as it is. "Oh, i'm the biggest idiot ever. What's your name?" he asked after mentally slapping himself in the face.

Angel just smirked and rolled her eyes a little. Typical human behavior if she had ever seen it. "It's Angel. It's the only name that's really stuck." Angel replied. Having been through five families before, she'd gone through a few different names. Angel was the only one that seemed to feel like it fit. So long as he didn't try to get cute with any pet names, she thought they would get along all right. She glanced over at the castle again before looking to Wilbur and gesturing toward the building in question. It looked massive! There had to be a tour in store.
"So, are we just going to stand out here or are you going to show a girl around?" Angel asked. She didn't wait for the response. She padded forward a few steps before glancing back again, almost as if to indicate that she really did want to go inside. She wanted to know what was in that building, and she wanted to see it right then. It trumped all the homes she'd ever had, that was for sure.

"Sounds like a good name to me." Wilbur said with a smile before standing up. "What would you like to see first. We got the courtyard, the library, the bedrooms and Gothel's study but no one really goes in there. But i think i could sneak us in." he gave a confident smirk. "Never been in there myself but i always had a knack for sticking my nose where it doesn't belong."
His brown eyes softened for a moment. He wasn't sure it would have taken long for him to find a good friend here. If Angel was it, then he was happy. Something about her made him feel less homesick.

"I don't really care where we start. I just want to see this place for myself." Angel replied. Already she was beginning to like Wilbur more. He seemed to have a knack for getting himself into trouble, but she was a mischievous sort of gal herself. Cunning, too. Perhaps they could work together and be a very good team. "Why don't we start simple and just get inside? Then we can figure out where to go from there." she said. Without waiting, Angel bounded ahead of Wilbur again. There was no doubt Angel had a good feeling about this place. Maybe this time she had found her one true home. No one could kick her out of this place for being allergic or having a baby. Or moving. This didn't look like the sort of place one would want to move from.
"Come on! We don't want to miss out on this whole tour!" Angel called over her shoulder. The young dog was excited for once. Almost giddy. She could hardly wait to see everything that was a part of what Wilbur called home. What she was about to start calling home.

Wilbur laughed as he stood up and followed her. "Okay, okay cool your jets Angel." he said with a smile before he just almost in the same stride with her. She had energy. Tons of it, they were a lot alike, Wilbur was starting to like having a familiar. "So, this here is obviously the entrance, and or courtyard where most of the wizards come out to train.
The time-wizard walked towards the front entrance and opened the door. "After you."

Angel offered a sort of skeptical look as Wilbur held the door open for her. It wasn't that common for her to run into guys that actually had a sense of chivalry like that. It was... rather refreshing, actually. So much better than Buster and his usual desire to show off every chance he got. "Thanks." Angel said. She sauntered inside the castle, her curly tail swaying a bit as she moved, and began to look around as she moved ahead. She had to admit that she was impressed. The inside of the castle wasn't too shabby. It wasn't necessarily what she had imagined, but it was something. Not quite like the homes she had had before. A nice change of pace. "Not a bad place you've got here. I think I could get used to this." Angel said softly. Definitely better than the streets.
"So, where do we begin?" she asked. Part of her hoped the tour wouldn't consist of nothing but hallways. While it would be funny, she imagined it would also be dreadfully boring. Angel supposed it would be best to just let Wilbur lead the way. He knew the castle better than her, after all. If she tried to lead they would only get lost. That wouldn't be any fun.

Wilbur smiled. "I might be a dude but my mom taught me a little thing about chivalry." As hard as that was to believe. He closed the door behind him and thought for a moment, "Well you already saw the courtyard, the library is probably the next place to start, I never go in there a lot but well its a nice place." he started walking down the hallway.

"Works for me. Let's see this library of yours." Angel said. What kind of books did they keep in their library, anyway? Not that it would benefit Angel, seeing as she couldn't read. She merely wanted to know. But her question wasn't voiced as she walked ahead. Angel had never been one about playing question and answer games. All she wanted to do was see things for herself, so she was going to let Wilbur explain as they went along. "Seems pretty quiet here. Got the whole place to yourself, or are we just lucky?" Angel asked. She would have thought there would be a few others around at the present moment. Were they really just lucky to have picked a time when few people were present?

Wilbur shrugged his shoulders. "Don't know, some of the really quiet people come in here and normally hide in corners of the room until things are safe again." he smirked. "Don't know why, books never really appealed to me very much at all so i never really bothered to come in here. Unless i was forced."
He smirked at the incident that had happened nearly two days ago where Mami had forced him to read a book on his magic after accidently sending a dragon into her room.
