(ooc: June 10th, open only to Sinbad and Marina)
Sinbad hadn't meant to stumble onto the mystic lake. It had just happened. Almost like the magic of it, had drawn him to it. It was a sight to see but he wanted to leave. Yet, he found himself staying where he was. It was peaceful and every now and then even a criminal needed peace right.
His ears perked at the sound of footsteps and he only hoped that whoever it was would not try to kick him out. The brown timber wolf let out a low growl before he returned to his human state.

The water witch was currently practicing her magic. She had stumbled upon this place by accident, but quickly found it very serene and peaceful. She had quickly taken to it as her practice spot and had been enjoying the sollitude. She had currently been doing quite well with her powers, she was learning to control it in larger quantities. Right now she was lifting up a decent sized ball of water about 3-4 feet around. She was happy with herself that she had managed to keep her focus, it was all about baby steps.
However, at the sound of another person she rolled her eyes and clenched her fists, causing the water to freaze and fall, dousing her in snow. She growled in annoyance. All she wanted was one- just one- moment to herself. And she was doing so well, too! Now look at her, drencheed in water.
She stalked over to where she heard the noises and glared when she saw a man. She was quite annoyed at the moment, so hopefully this guy didn't show her any attitude. "Can I help you?" She asked, obvious annoyance in her voice.

The big timber wolf immedinately stopped growling. He stared up at the newcomer, and gave a small chuckle seeing her dreached in snow. She didn't seem like a hunter so it was safe to assume that he could hang here for a bit. "I stumbled on this place by accident, thought i would hang out." he replied with a smile.

She stopped for a short second, surprised by the fact that she was taking to, of all things, a wolf. She didn't know if she should be cautious or not, considering they were usually dangerous. However she shook it off to continue. Marina pursed her lips in annoyance. He didn't do it on purpose obviously, but the fact that he had laughed didn't help at all. If anything it only helped to make the irritated woman even more annoyed. She wiped snow off of her shoulders and what was left of it out of her now-wet hair. "I'm glad that amuses you." She said sharply.

Sinbad titled his head to the side. "I'm sorry but if you happened to come along and see someone get drenched in snow wouldn't you find it a little funny?" he asked in more of a low bark than growl. "In any case, yes it did amuse me a lot." he was probably going to get smacked on the head by some of that snow but he didn't care.
If anything, having this woman be annoyed with him made it very amusing.

The annoyed witch pursed her lips, but then an idea came to her. She smirked a mischevious smirk and kept her eyes on the wolf. She then raised her hand and cleared herself of the water. But she didn't dump it on the forrest ground, oh no. Instead she move dher hand in a fluid motion sending it towards the animal. She snickered a bit.
"You're right, that is kinda funny."

That was something that he did not expect. He was blown back by the water and gave the woman a very unamused look. "Oh you are so amusing." he muttered before shaking himself dry. Shifting back to human form, he glanced at her. 'Wow, she is smoking hot. he scaled looking up at down and could only hope she was not a mind-reader.

Marina couldn’t contain her laughter for long. Okay….now she got why he laughed. But-but it was still rude! The look on his face only made her chuckling grow louder. When the wolf morphed into a human her laughing ceased. Well that was something she didn’t see every day. Of course, as a witch it didn’t really surprise her that there were werewolves running around. However the way he was looking at her was what concerned her.
“Should I be afraid that the big bad wolf is going to eat me?” She asked sarcastically.

Sinbad smirked brightly at the idea. "Oh no, i don't eat people. At least not ones that make me mad." he said. "But I don't think that you would taste very good." he replied with a shrug. Giving her another look, up and down. She was beautiful but he would never admit that to her face. "So, you a witch or something?"

She raised an eyebrow at the wolf. “Is that supposed to be a compliment?” she asked when he said she probably didn’t taste good. On one hand, it sounded like she should be offended, but on the other, she was less likely to be eaten. When he asked if she was a witch she nodded. “Witch of water, obviously.” She said. “You’re obviously a werewolf.” A rather impolite werewolf

"Yup, and the best one in the whole town." he said before answering her other question about it being a compliment. "Of course, unless you really want me to eat you i wouldn't mind, I haven't eaten in awhile." he smirked before giving her a wink. "So, any particular reason you are out here all by yourself."

She rolled her eyes at his cockyness. If there was anything that bugged her in a man it was arrogance. Actually, a lot of things about men bugged her, but arrogance was the top one. When he spoke again she grimaced. "Try it and you'll be turned into a big fluffy wolf-cicle." She said wiles raising her eybrow challengingly. Any fear she had, she hid it well. Marina was a strong person, nothing would change that, not even a werewolf offering to eat her.
"I was practicing my magic, it was going quite well until I was distracted." She said, gesturing to the now-melted snow surrounding the both of them. "And you? This isn't exactly the place I imagined the big bad wolf to hang out."
((Just in case new Sinbad is willing to continue ^^))

(OOC: Gladly! ) He had to chuckle at that. She was feisty. He liked that. He liked it a lot. Sinbad noticed the invitation of a challenge; she was practically waving it in front of his face like a flag. Her question caught him off guard, so he glanced around. "Not really sure, you know. It just...drew me here." He shrugged a shoulder at the lake, tone honest and lacking the arrogance it held only moments ago. True, his cocky attitude would return. But something about her question compelled him to be honest with her.

She raised an eyebrow at his surprisingly honest answer. Not matter how vague it was. She expected something more...irritating. At least from her first impression of the wolf man. Though he was cute she'd give him that. Wait...where did that come from? No matter, it's not like he could read minds, at least she really hoped not.
"Have you figured out why it drew you here so much?" She asked, trying to make conversation.

The lake must have had magical properties, because he could feel it calling to him. It was a pull, not unlike the Full Moon, but less in strength and calmer.
Sinbad knelt and ran a hand through the water. "I spent most of my life on the water. Being a werewolf changed that. Not really sure if I can swim that well. Besides, the water always has a way of calling me back."
He looked at her. "And it seems that it has also called you, being a water witch and all." Then Sinbad grinned a little. "Though, if it were me giving you those powers, I'd have picked fire." He winked at her.
