(ooc, yay for cheesy song titles for threads! Lol, date is June 27th, around dark. Unless me and Lindsay decide for anyone else to come in, its just for us two.)
Rex had done all the demon hunting he could for one day. However, it had gotten to the point where he didn't feel like going back home, the last thing he wanted was for Providence to go breathing down his neck. Besides, he still had to figure out a way to get his brother back to normal.
With all these thoughts in his head, he ended up walking through a different forest, it was filled with laterns, so he assumed that it belonged to the fairies. Walking backwards, the boy fell after tripping on a branch into a brightly lit meadow with music playing.
"Ouch." he rubbed his head before sitting up. "Whoa, now this is the place to party."

"You okay?" Lindsay asked. She blinked her bright blue eyes at the cute boy. "And yes this is the perfect place for a party!" The blonde said swaying to the music. Her hair was down and swayed gently behind her.

Rex looked up at the girl who had asked him the question. From this view, she was very pretty. Giving her a nod before standing to his feet he smiled. "Yeah, i'm fine." he said. "You are a good dancer." Rex hopped in front of her to follow dancing. "You got a name?"

"Im Lindsay!" She said flipping her blonde hair to the side with a flick of her hand. "Wanna dance with me?" She asked taking Rex's hand. "The fairies dont get many guy's here, so this is a change." She smiled. "Oh wait whats your name?" She asked.

Rex wanted to scream the words yes, but he nodded. "Sure, i would love to dance, but i'm not that good at it." he said sheepishly. "and if you don't get guys here, maybe i should get lost more often." Smooth Move Rex. He gave a quick smile. "I'm Rex, nice to meet you Lindsay."

Lindsay laughed. She started to dance with Rex. "Your not so bad." She said winking. The blonde moved her boots to the music. She hadn't danced in such a long time. She wasnt that coordinated, but she was a fine dancer.

"Really?" Rex asked with a smirk. "I aim to please." Was he actually flirting with her? Well, yeah, she was awesome. He hadn't flirted with anyone besides Holiday who was older than him and Circe who really just used him all the time. "You aren't so bad yourself."

"Thank you! I really think its my boots." Lindsay said looking down at her feet. She tapped her boots together. "So if your here in the Magical Kingdom, what are you?" She asked. The blonde sure had her dumb moments but she was sure he was nothing bad.

Rex looked down at her boots. Compared to his, they were a bit more fashion forward, then again she was a girl. So it made sense that she was into the fashion. "I'm a demon hunter." Rex replied. "In fact i am one of the best." not to mention the only one besides Xia.

"Thats so cool!" Lindsay said. "I'm a nymph! See I have the wings and all." She said showing off her blue wings like she did to her boots. "I still cant fly though." Lindsay said shrugging.

Rex had never met a nympth before, fairies were one thing, but he had never met a nympth. Their wings never ceased to surprise him though. "Wow, they are really pretty...pretty cool." he said. No guy would be caught saying something was "pretty." He gave a smile at her. "I'm sure you'll be able to fly in no time. After all, practice is perfect."

"Yeah I guess so!" Lindsay said smiling. "So demon hunting huh? Is it dangerous?" Lindsay asked giggling. Maybe flying would be like dancing for Lindsay. She sure hoped so.

"For the most part it can be, but i handle it pretty well." Rex replied. Dangerous was one term most people liked to use, Rex just thought it was awesome to protect people. "I try to do it without anyone knowing so that innocent people don't get hurt." it was weird talking about his job. He didn't really understand why he didn't like talking about it.
"I think its an okay job though." he replied. "So, what about you, what exactly do you and your fairy friends do?"

"Nothing much really. I usually go and visit my friends I knew before I got here." Lindsay said. "I wish some of them didnt show up to be honest." The blonde said. She stopped dancimg for a moment. "But then again if they werent here theyd be dead. So oh well!" She said kicking up her heel.

Rex stopped dancing for a moment. "That's good to know, at least you have some friends and some enemies weather or not you like it." he replied, sheepishly. "My life is kind of like that too, though most of my friends are back home. The only people i really know are my partner and my brother."
he didn't mention his brother was a demon just yet. "Hopefully things will stay peaceful huh?"
