The Princess and the Slayer

[Azula]

(June 15th a thread for Blood and Azula to meet before the War starts)

The vampire princess was bored. She lay on her back atop a branch on a tree watching the stars through the jagged branches on top of the trees. Goldem almond-shaped eyes gleamed evily. She wanted to do something, make someones life miserable. However, her father, who was unfortunatly in a higher position than she was, forbid her from leaving the haunted forrest. News of Slayers had reached him finally, and while he could care less about her brother, he forbid her from leaving. She was lucky to even be outside the manor right now. However, the Princess hardly cared about slayers, she wanted to cause trouble.

Finely tuned ears pricked up at the sound of someone approaching. She smirked evily and ran her tongue over her sharp fangs hungrily. Whoever it was, hopefully they could provide some entertainment. She stood up and flipped off the branches taking a few silent seps forward, waiting forwhoever it was to show themselves.

[Blood]

Blood Dupre was out on his main vampire patrol. He had killed many vampires before. Yet, these ones had not been the one that had killed his family. There was no way he would not remember that male's face. Yet, so far that he could not bring the idea of killing every vampire out there to kill every vampire out there.

Tipping his hat back, he listened to the sounds of the forest. Werewolves were known to more roam the forest than the vampires, but there were times. "If you are going to come out you might as well do so now."

[Azula]

The Princess scowled momentarily. She didn't like the looks of this guy, plus, nobody told her what to do. "And just who are you to be giving me orders?" She asked, regaining her smirk and sauntering foward. She wanted to know who this guy was. The Princess was adventurous, but she wasn't stupid. She knew well thanks to her father that everybody wa their enemy, and if he happened to be a slayer or a werewolf, then that was especially true.

One thing was for sure though, he wasn't a vampire. She could sense that much. "Well?"

[Blood]

Blood's green eyes scaled the newcomer up and down. She was a vampire, that much was certain but weather or not she knew the one that killed his family was an entirely different matter. Plus, she made no threatening moves towards him yet. Also, she wasn't a male. It was that he didn't like killing females, it was just that they weren't his target.

"No reason, i would just prefer to face threats that have a face, and do not lurk in shadows."Blood said calmly.

[Azula]

"Do not mistake me for a coward." She said harshly. "I am cautious not stupid. If I went around challenging every person who stepped into my woods, I would certainly run into rouble eventually." She said. "Besides, I prefer to speculate and judge a person before making certain that they are, in fact, a threat. If that means lerking in shadows, so be it." She said with a smirk. So far, he didn't pose a threat so she stepped closer.

She didn't quite know what his purpose was, but she wasn't going to question it, not yet anyways.

[Blood]

"I never said you were stupid, i was merely pointing out that true warrirors would rather face their opponents head on then hide in shadows like cowards." he said leaning against one of the trees. "Though neither of us are warrirors so then we really can't say that it applies here." he replied. Adjusting his hat, he glanced over at her. Sure, she was a vampire, but he only attacked if they did, seeing as that she did not. Well, it was only time before two and two did collide.

[Azula]

"Smart warriors would assess the situation and think quickly before facing their opponent." She said with a snide roll of her eyes before chuckling slightly at his next comment. "Not a warrior?" She asked. "You obviously don't know me very well, I was made to be a warrior." She said with a smirk. She was beginning to piece together the fact that he was a slayer, meaning she should be careful, though that wasn't exactly Azula's way of doing things. Besides, if need be she could take him.

[Blood]

"Forgive me if i don't know vampires very well." the boy said giving her a drolll unamused stare. He placed his guns back in his jacket. "I don't plan on attacking you unless you do so to me. Plus you aren't the one i am looking for."

He had been searching for days trying to find that one man that had killed his family, he woud keep searching even if it killed him

[Azula]

The Princess gave him a dull look. Obviously she didn't expect him to know about vampires, he was a slayer after all, but it was obvious she was just bragging about her status as a warrior. She didn't know who is was he was looking for, though. And she had to admit she was curious. Though she had to be, if someone was after one of her vampires.

"And who are you looking for?" She asked nonchalantly.

((Out of curiosoty, did you have a certain vampire in mind to be the one who killed his family or no?"

[Blood]

(ooc: lol, no i just had it be a dude)

Blood shrugged his shoulders. "I don't see why it would matter to you, after all if you are the one protecting him then it would just cause problems." he replied. "I just know that he's around, and he's responsible for murdering my family. So if you are here to stop me from doing what i do best it won't end well i assure you."

How do you know he’s not a rouge?” She asked. “There are many around here.” She commented. Blood had considered this thought. In fact he didn't care weather or not if the vampire was a rouge or allied himself with whoever he wanted. This vampire was his enemy. However, the thought of having another vampire remind him of so was a bit disturbing. He didn't like it very much. "Besides murdering my entire family the day before my sister's wedding? Nothing."

He slowly lowered the weapon for a moment. "Why would you care about asking?"
