((July 2nd Open to all Werewolves, but I'd especially like it if some teens around her age would show up, Clawdeen needs friends, and I think it'd be good if they relaxed a bit what with the war and all))
She knew coming here was a bad idea. Now here she was, stuck with a new pack and some sort of war. A sort of weird loyalty for her kind was what had made her decide to stick around in the first place. Clawdeen was loyal, that much was certain, and she didn't think that should stop at just her family. A Werewolf was a werewolf, period. But she wasn't going to lie, she missed her brothers and sisters, and Draculaura, and Frankie, even Cleo. She wondered if anything weird happened to them while she was gone. She hoped not.
"Whata time t'be stuck without ma hairbrush." she complained, attempting to sooth out her wild hair. She'd never gone so long without hair care products. She never exactly had to. She supposed that's what she got for not thinking ahead and jumping head first into it. She now knew how Frankie felt. She was the new ghoul within this group of werewolves, and had yet to make a single friend. It was rather unnerving for the outgoing fashionista.

Not a pack werewolf by nature, Snotlout was new to this part of the woods. He had yet to actually run in to werewolves that weren't Astrid. Not that he had been stalking her or anything. He hadn't been doing that. In fact, Snotlout had spent the time apart from her perfecting his hunting skills. He was proud to say that he had improved. Bulky werewolf wasn't going to scare away deer anymore, that was for certain.
Today, though, Snotlout wasn't in his wolf form. No, the bulky Viking had managed to keep himself out of that form and he was intending on staying that way. So for the first time, he was allowing himself to step into view as his human self. His appearance hadn't changed drastically from his days as a regular Viking, but it was readily noticeable that his hair had gotten much wilder and his nails a bit longer. They appeared just the tiniest bit sharper and pointed, too. Snotlout hated that fact. He wanted to try and blend in. Not stand out even more.
Fortunately for him, nothing bad seemed to be happening. In fact, Snotlout was keen to say that things were peaceful for once. He liked that. As he stepped out into view, he caught sight of Clawdeen. Whoa. Where did she come from? Snotlout wondered. She was no Viking, but she was something else. Something unlike Astrid and Ruffnut. He kind of liked it.
"Hey. New to this part of the woods?" Snotlout asked. Never mind the fact that he was new to the area, too. He wanted to make idle chitchat for the time being. Or at least attempt to get some flirting done at long last. Maybe he could even impress this new girl.

Clawdeen wasn't expecting someone, which was odd. Her usually-heightened senses didn't pick up the viking teen coming her way. Not that she minded, at least, so long as he wasn't a threat to her. If anything she'd enjoy the company, no sense in being homesick and lonely. However she didn't recognize him, and she'd seen a good ammount of the wolves in Sinbad's pack. While she didn't know all of their names, she was still good with a face, and he was one she hadn't run into. There was still a possibility she just hadn't seen him yet, as she hadn't been here that long, which was why she was still getting used to this weird change. She felt odd having bare skin instead of fur. And when she got it back on a full moon she was all monsterous and scary, she looked like her father on a bad day!
"Is it obvious?" She asked dryly. She knew he was probably just being observant, but she still she may have stuck out a bit from the other werewolves from the way she looked and dressed to the way she talked and acted. Heck the way she was effected by the meteor was even different, but she doubted he could pick that up."Yeah, I'm new around here." She said finally, for once not using a dry tone of voice or any sort of sarcasm. She had picked up that habbit lately. "How 'bout you?" She asked. "Havan't seen you around here yet."

"Yeah, I don't really hang out here that much." Snotlout replied. Of course he wouldn't. He wasn't a part of the pack. "So I guess you could say I'm new here, too. Name's Snotlout." he said. Was this girl a part of the pack? She didn't look like the type that would be seen on her own. Well, that was Snotlout's opinion anyway. He thought she looked like she needed someone by her side to help her out. Maybe. Could have just been his inner thoughts talking.
"What about you? What's your name?" Snotlout asked. He obviously didn't know her, so getting to know her would be a good thing. She wasn't Astrid, at least not in terms of looks, but she was at least worth knowing.

She listened as he told her that he didn’t hang around here that much. She assumed it meant he wasn’t a part of Sinbad’s pack, or if he was he didn’t come around very often. She wondered why. After all, it meant protections (not that Clawdeen would ever admit to needing anything of the sort), socialization, not to mention Sinbad was pretty cute (okay, maybe that reason was exclusive to her). However she didn’t say anything about it, she wasn’t one to pry, and he must have had his reasons. She had to stop herself from snickering a bit when he told her his name, though an amused smile did appear on her face. That certainly wasn’t one she heard often. Being extremely unfamiliar with his Viking heritage she didn’t know that most people where he came from had names like that.
“Call me Clawdeen.” She said, introducing herself finally. “I’m staying here, at least until this war blows over. Werewolves gotta stick together, ya know?” She could hardly believe it when Taiga, Sokka, and Sinbad came back yesterday extremely violent and very wound up. She had to wait until they cooled down to get the entire story. “So what brings you to this parta the woods?”

Snotlout shrugged. He didn't really know what had brought him to that part of the woods. He had just been walking along, not wanting to bother Astrid right then, and stumbled upon that area. So there he was in all his Snotlout-y glory. He seemed to have ignored the amused sort of grin on Clawdeen's face when he had said his name. He wouldn't have been bothered by it, anyway. There were worse names to have if you liked in Berk. Like Hiccup. "I just needed a change of scenery, I guess. There wasn't a lot going on in my part of the forest. I thought it'd be a good idea to stretch my legs and do some exploring. Ended up here." he explained. It seemed a little silly now that he thought about it, but he wasn't going to admit that out loud.
"How come you're on your own? I thought there'd be more pack wolves around here." Snotlout said. He had almost anticipated running in to the rest of the wolves from Sinbad's pack. Snotlout would have thought the alpha would be threatened by him since he was essentially a lone wolf. Loners weren't generally trusted by packs, if he remembered right. "And... what war?" he asked. Snotlout was completely oblivious in regards to the war that was brewing. He practically knew nothing about it.

"The war for our dignity," a voice spoke as another figure mad this way out of the trees. "Or, at least, that's how I see it."
Sokka padded his way over to Clawdeen and promptly sat. "Who's the new guy?"
His snout sniffed in the scent of the viking and he tilted his head. "Never seen you before, but you smell familiar. Tell me, do you know a blonde named Astrid?"

"Yeah, I know Astrid. I'm her friend. What of it?" Snotlout asked. Who was this guy, anyway? How did he know Astrid? Maybe the blonde Viking had had a run-in with the pack wolves at one point or another and Snotlout just hadn't asked about it. Really, he wouldn't have been smart enough to ask about it even if he had known something about it. This other guy, this Sokka, well... Snotlout didn't quite know what to make of him. He didn't look threatening, but for all he knew he could have been. Not that Snotlout was looking for a fight. He just was looking these pack wolves over.

"I met her once in town. She's nice...." He padded over to the Viking and offered a paw forward, momentarily forgetting he was a wolf. He quickly remidied that situation by changing. He was about two inches taller than the other boy, but Snotlout was definitely beefier. In a wrestling match or fistfight, the victor would not be Sokka. "Names Sokka. And you?"

"Snotlout." he replied simply. Okay, so he had been wrong. This guy didn't seem like a threat. He was a little taller than him, but Snotlout definitely had the advantage of bulk and strength. At least, that was how it appeared to him. He'd never actually attempted to fight another werewolf, so it would be a new experience if he did end up tussling with this guy. However, it seemed like a peaceful night. Snotlout didn't think anyone was going to try and rough him up that soon. Upon finally taking in what Sokka had said in regards to Astrid, Snotlout let himself relax. It didn't sound like anything had gone on between the two of them. That was good. As far as Snotlout was concerned, he might as well try to protect Astrid somehow even if she didn't need said protection. Manly intuition... or something.
"So... some pack, huh? Is this really all there is of you guys?" Snotlout asked. Just Clawdeen and Sokka making up a pack didn't make much sense. Then again, Snotlout was dense. Were he just a bit brighter he probably would have been able to work out that there had to be more wolves around somewhere. Just not in his immediate presence. "I mean... kind of small pack, don't you think?" he asked.

Sokka raised an eyebrow. THis guy was something, but he guessed it had to do with the age-old fact that most guys with muscles didn't have that much brainpower. He shrugged and retracted his hand. "We got about...... two or three more members. They just aren't here right now."
He walked over to a tree stump and sat, reclining. "You see, we're really outnumbered. By the looks of it, the meteors changed a whole lot more people into witches or demons instead of werewolves. Plus, there are a few loners who prefer not to be in a pack like your friend, Astrid."

Oy, not much brains up there, is there? she thought to herself when he said it was a small pack. Granted that was kind of true, but there was more than just she and Sokka. She nodded when Sokka explained it to him. "I dunno where Sinbad and Taiga ran off to, but they'll probably be back soon anyways." She said with a shrug.
She considered it ironic that there were so many witches and demons here, and virtually none where she went to school. And Monster High was just crawling with Werewolves like her. There were more people in her FAMILY than there were in her current pack. "And then there's me, who was born a werewolf." She said. "It seems everyone else was just changed into one." She mused. It was odd. they were changed into one, she was downgraded into a human for most of the time. Clawdeen was never fully human or fully wolf, so she didn't much have a preference between the two. It was when the full moon came out that she was back to her old self again. "But, what we lack in numbers we make up for in strength." She insisted. "At least ah hope." SHe added.

"Uh... right. I totally knew that. I was just testing you, that's all. Making sure you guys knew what you were talking about." Snotlout said, trying his best to cover up the fact that he had probably looked very foolish for asking such a stupid question in the first place. No matter. He was beginning to feel more comfortable around these two pack wolves. Not nearly as comfortable as he did around Astrid since she was his friend and all, but it was a start. Still, it did seem odd that the two were the only wolves present in the area. Where were the others?
"So then, where is the rest of this pack of yours? I'd kind of like to see what sorts of other werewolves live around here." he said offhandedly. In all actuality, he just wanted to size up his manly competition. So far it looked like he wasn't going to have much of a problem if it came down to it. Sokka didn't look like much in terms of strength, and Clawdeen... well, she was Clawdeen. She was different. Snotlout wasn't necessarily sure why she was different, but that was what it came down to.
