(ooc: yay for lousy titles of awesome! anyways, this takes place June 18th, only open to Marie and Courtney, unless we give the okay.)
Tired of walking around along the roof of the castle. Marie caught her breath and looked out at the view. If she had not discovered her powers, she would have never thought that castles had even existed . They were things that only came true in fairytales or dreams. This was her new life, but why was she being drawn to this castle?
Glancing around her, her blue eyes saw an open door that led to a bedroom, hoping down from the roof she peeked her way inside. A lady never came in unless invited. "Uh..hello?"

Bored. The prep was eternally bored. She had been flashing illusions of random things above her head for about an hour now. It was entertaining at first to watch her drop an anvil on Duncan and/or Gwen, but eventually it got tiresome. In a way she was practicing complex illusions, but they were so small it was like watching a TV.
She heard the door creak before hearing a small voice. She looked down to see a small white kitten. “Hello,” She began politely. “Are you lost?” She asked, much the way someone would if they were talking to a little cat.

Marie looked up to see the brunette human girl. "Uh, no. I was just exploring and i came across your room." she smiled a tiny smile. "I didn't mean to intrude, but it was very odd because right now it feels like i am supposed to be here." she shook her head. "Sounds silly doesn't it?"

Courtney thought the question over for a moment. Courtney believed in logic, not fate and fairytales, however, it was hard not to believe in such things now that she was a witch. "We're in a castle full of witches." She said dryly. "Everything I thought was silly before turned out to be real, so apperantly I'm not the best judge of that." She said. "But you're welcome to stay here if you want." She said. "I haven't been doing much of anything lately." She said. Study as she might, she seemed stuck on doing half-assed illusions that were decent sized, or good illusions that were incredibly small.

Marie's blue eyes lit up at the invitation. "Oh really? You mean it?" she asked. This girl was certainly very nice, and well groomed. She also seemed to be very smart. "Then maybe it is a good thing i came here after all, you see i think i might have magical powers too." she brushed her fur down before coming inside. "But no one believes me."

The CIT nodded and smiled. Despite popular belief, she did have a heart. It was just burried under competitiveness and slight bouts of insanity. She ran her fingers through ehr short brunette hair and sighed. Today was so very slow, she'd even contemplated seeking out Gwen for crying out loud! But the fun times they had were in the past... She was brought out of her thoughts by the Kittens next words. "Really?" She asked. "I don't know why they'd doubt you." She said.
"What kinds of powers do you have?"

Marie hestitated for a moment before nodding. Surely that the other girl wouldn't mind at all. She did invite her to stay after all. She closed her eyes and focused. In a few seconds, another small cat look-like appeared before her, only instead of being all white it was white with black stripes.
"I am not a zebra!" she hissed at the clone before it disappeared. "It does that all the time, sometimes it gets it right but disappears in a second."

She nearly jumped out of her skin as another black striped cat appeared. She was not expecting that. Wait a second...wasn't that her power? "I feel your frustration." She said sarcastically, before looking at the little kitten again. "Look at this." she said, creating her own duplicate of the cat, only this time it was fully white. "I have the same powers." She looked thoughtful for a second. There was no way this cat was a witch...she didn't think Animals could be witches.
"You think it means something?" She asked.

Marie was just as surprised as Courtney was when the clone showed up. "I am glad i am not the only one that has this problem." she said with a smile. "Maybe we are meant to be i don't know...partners or i don't know if there is a term for animals working with witches..."
