((Takes place after The Meeting, closed to Musa and Riven))
War....
So that was it then? All of their problems were going to be solved through a war? She may have acted rashly back at the meeting but one of her own had died. They deserved payback. She just wanted the demons to own up to what they had done. But the fairy was realist, she knew they never would. But now every race had to suffer because of something the demons did. Really, this entire thing should have just been for the demons and the fairies to settle.
But it was too late now.
Currently she was sitting ont he grass in some cemetary, leaning against the wall of a small mausoleum. Despite the tough front she put up at the meeting she was scared. Not that she hadn't seen this coming. She still hadn't broken the news to too many people. Her sister would be furious, not that she didn't have a right.
This whole ordeal had caused her doubt herself. Maybe she wasn't cut out for the position of Queen. With Giselle dead and an ocoming war, she didn't think she could do it.
What if she failed? Her people would suffer because she wans't strong enough to handle this war. Maybe she should just step down and let someone else take over...
Suddenly the chaos of the day and her current situation was all too much. A tear slipped out of her midnight blue eye.

Riven having a major headache from the meeting that had took place only a few hours before, had decided to take the long way home. He really didn't care much, there were no people and that was fine with him. No people equaled no visions. However, upon walking into the Cemetery, he noticed the fairy from a few days ago.
"Musa..." he called out. "Are you alright?"

The Blue-haired fairy wasn't expecting to be approached. However, she'd know his voice anywhere. She turned her head away from him, wiping her tears discretely and turning back to the young man. Cute or not, the way he dropped the bomb on them irked her. Just because he didn't have a specific group he belonged to, didn't mean the war didn't effect him too. She hadn't worked out as to how it did yet, but it did! That being said, he wasn't exactly her favorite person on earth right about now.
She was tempted to not respond and just walk away, but that would be petty. And she wans't like that. She still didn't want to talk to anyone right now, but the spirits apperantly weren't having any of that. She'd been their punching bag for the past few days, why stop now? She sniffled slightly and made sure she didn't look as though she was just crying before she responded.
"What do you want, Riven?" She asked quietly.

Riven wasn't surprised by her tone, and why she seemed mad at him. Most of the time that was the effect his visions had. He shrugged his shoulders. "I don't know, seeing you upset isn't exactly helping me feel any better about my powers you know." he replied, as if that solved everything.
He knew that probably more than one group would be upset with him for this, and to be frank, he didn't care. If the world hated Oracles then that didn't matter to him, maybe if everyone hated him enough he could get a better power that didn't involve making people's lives miserable.
"To be honest, i didn't mean for that vision to upset the meeting. It just happened. There's nothing i could do." he said. 'I can't prevent these things."

She rolled her eyes slightly. She understood that he was having a hard time being an oracle and all, but she was having a hard time too. And while she understood where he was coming from it didn't make the fact that there was now a war for her to worry about any better. Being a Queen wasn't easy either, nevermind being a new fairya nd a queen, and a full time caretaker for her firestarter sister. These thoughts brought her back to the harsh reality that she'd have to break the news to her sister and the rest of the fairies sooner or later. Though she really wanted to put it off as long as possible.
"Yeah, well, it did." She said when he said he didn't mean for his revalation to upset the meeting. He had to have known admitting that was going to make things worse. "You're telling me it didn't cross your mind, even in the slightest, that saying that would make things exponentially worse?" She asked. "I know you have no control over whether or not you see something," She began, her voice sounding gentler. "But saying it and seeing it are two different things."

Riven shrugged, he did know what she meant. "I just thought that they should know ahead of time, i know it made things worse but sooner or later they were going to have to know what i saw right. If it had been anything else then i wouldn't have said anything."
The war was really something that was one of his worst visions in the whole dang planet. Why couldn't he have seen puppy dogs or unicorns and rainbows?

Musa rolled her eyes slightly. She didn't get how he could be so calm. "Nothing is set in stone." She said. "Maybe if we hadn't known, tension wouldn't have risen, and it could have been resolved. I mean, maybe you got these visions so you could change the bad things you see." She said. Her mother had always told her that nothing was certain but death and taxes, she knew now that that was just an old saying, but there was some truth to it. If only he knew that before he decided to tell everyone.
"Now there really is a war, and I have to break it to my fairies, some of them don't even know Giselle died." She had been keeping it a secret incase nothing happened, she didn't want to worry anyone for no reason, but now she had no choice. "And I don't think I can do it..."

Riven sighed, before taking a seat next to her. "Yeah, i have thought about that. The visions i recieve, i've tried to change them as much as i can. it never works out though." he replied. "That's why i decided against staying near crowds but once this vision happened, it couldn't go unnoticed."
At the mention of the fairies, he was surprised none of them knew but he hated to see her so well distraught over this. "Prehaps, i could come with you. You could use the support."

Musa looked away from him for a moment, crossing her arms over chest, partly because it was getting cold, partly because she was just plain upset. However, she still listened to his excuse. Whether or not she believed it or not was still up for debate, though she didn't think he was a bad enough person to do it on purpose. Though it didn't exactly matter, she blamed herself too.
When he offered to come with her she turned back around to face him, rather surprised. "You'd do that?" She questioned. "Why?" She didn't know if he had any sort of ulterior motive, after all how well did she really know Riven? Nevertheless she was a bit touched by it.

Riven shrugged. "Look, as bad as being around a crowd of fairies sounds right now, it is going to be hard for you and probably all of them to hear this. You've already known about it. I think that you need someone there," he said with a smirk. "Besides, some of these fairies probably need to hear some of this so that they can be just as pissed off."

"Oh? And what's so unpleasant about fairies?" she asked, a sort of light humor in her voice when he said he didn't want to be around them. "You're right, it's going to be hard to do and hard fro them to hear." She said. "But you don't have to do that. Honestly, the entire thing should have just stayed between the demons and the fairies in the first place. And now more than ever my fairies need a strong leader. What will it look like when I have some guy come in and hold my hand while I do it?" She asked. It was going to be hard doing it alone, but she didn't have too much of a choice. She'd screwed up so much already, she was determined to make things right. "I don't need to give them anymore reason to doubt me."
"Actually, I was hoping they wouldn't get pissed off. Some of them start fires when they're angry." She said dryly, refering to her sister.

"There's nothing wrong with fairies." Riven said. "Most of the time anyways, just all that glitter and sparkles." he made a face before turning back to face her. "I know I don't have to, but even strong people need someone there for moral support. Plus seeing your place sounds pretty...interesting." he shrugged. 'But if you don't want me to i won't. I just don't have anything better to do."

“I take offense to that.” She said dryly. “I know a good few fairies like that, but most of us are actually very level-headed.” Stella, and on occasion her sister, were like that. However she was trying to make it so they learned not to be. However, her sister still had her girl moments and Stella was as bubbly as ever, not that she’d have them any other way. She sighed at his words. Maybe he was right. Even strong people needed support sometimes. However, she doubted he got why she had to refuse. “You don’t understand.” She sighed. “It’s not that I don’t want you to come with me, but I’m the queen.” She said. “I have people who need me, and I have to stay strong….even if I’m really not.” She said looking at the ground, rather ashamed of admitted her own defeat.

"I'm not saying all fairies are bad." Riven replied with another shrug. "It takes a big person to say that they they are scared and not strong enough, if its any consolation, i am with you and i am pretty sure that demon hunter at the meeting would much rather fight for fairies than demons any day." he gave a smirk.
"Besides i kind of want to see your home. Never been to a fairyland before."
