Rex gave his brother a smile. "Says his name is Van Kleiss, he was looking for that castle you live in." his brother shrugged. "Do you still live there anymore or did the head queen lady kick you out?" it was meant to be a joke but as far as he could tell, his brother was still a demon. He was pretty much open game to any other demon hunters out there.
He wasn't sure why but out of all that he could sense right now of demons was Casear, but it was more human regret than actual danger than the other demons. So that must have meant Van Kleiss was just a normal human.
(ooc: yes, i would very much like Rex not to know, until later on. It will add to the drama and comedy of it)

Van Kleiss blinked. Wizards? He muttered a response. "Not really."
Then, Caesar recognized him and everything shattered. He could see it in his son's eyes, the familiarity. He stared straight at him and gave a barely perceptable shake of his head. His eyes flicked to Rex and hoped that the boy would get his message and keep quiet. He cleared his throat and pretended to be curious. "So, you live in the Castle?"

"I do." Caesar said awkwardly looking away from his father. "I'm uh a demon." He said looking down then at Rex who looked pretty clueless. Caesar couldn't let Rex know.
"Uh maybe if we keep looking. I bet there are some at Gothel's castle, mijo." Caesar said trying to act normaly. "Maybe there's another way." He said shrugging.

"What about that one witch, the one you told me about who could do the crazy elemental dance thing." Rex said. "She might not be a witch but maybe she knows a few things about how to change you?" It was a suggestion and he seriously doubted that Anri would help. After all, she could summon spirits

"Anri?" Caesar remembered the girl. "Good idea. Im not sure if she'd do it for us." Caesar hesitated. "You know for free." Anri was a nice person but she knew business. Where would Anri be right now? Probably summoning another spirit for another person who needed aid.

Rex frowned at his brother, he remembered Anri now, that elemental dancer. "She's a brat, what would be the point of paying her to do anything. If she was really a good person she would just do what she was asked." he shrugged. "What do i know, i'm not her parents. Why would you want to go to her anyways."

Van Kleiss watched the two with an interest, although he didn't know half of what they were saying. It was probably coming so late into this little conflict going on with all the groups. Victor surmised that it wouldn't last that long if he was going to join the fray, no battles with him in it usually did. He gave a self-satisfied smirk at that. Then, he shook himself out of his thoughts.
Rex was definitely his son. He could see the resemblance to the boy's mother clearly now and Cesar called him brother. Knowing that term isn't used lightly, it must be true. Plus, Cesar was trying to help him hide the fact of Rex's relationship to Van Kleiss, so Cesar must've found him sometime after he went on one of his 'trips' last. He cleared his throat. "So, a Spirit Dancer? Is she anything like a Demon Dancer?"
If it was, then Rex may be following in his footsteps after all. The whole reason Rex was left at an orphanage, was because Victor was unsure if the boy would be able to without being a demon.

Rex raised an eyebrow and confusion filled his eyes. "I've never heard of a Demon Dancer, sounds like a dangerous job though." he frowned, the boy wasn't sure if the green haired girl he had met was just an Elemental Dancer or both. She seemed like both to him. "All i know is that she likes to show off and sometimes summon the spirits." he then turned back to Van Kleiss. "Why do you ask?"
