A savage snarl left Astrid's curled lips as some vampire came to attack her. Wolfie? What a cute pet name for one about to rip her jugular out. Astrid was bristled and she dodged away from the girl, running in and throwing her shoulder toward's the girl's legs before running back, making a slow circle around the girl. "I'm always game." The canine barked, a grim smile on her lips. Her ears pinned closely to her skull. Like Fishlegs did in Berk, Astrid assessed her opponent. Spear, light weight girl, fast, and a vampire. Made her agility close to that of Astrid's but she had the body to fight like a human. Astrid was agile and quick with viking training making her resourceful, with surviving in the woods, her attacks had only grown more savage and clean cut. The canine darted in, fangs ripping towards the vampire's side before starting back in her circle. Her tail was raised high in dominance and challenge, lips writhed and curled back over teeth and revealing gums. Her face seemed to be etched in permanent savagery the curled up rolls of skin and fur making the snarling face had slid into position easily. Her eyes burned like blue fire, and flickered with malice and ill intention.
All thoughts of her and Hiccup's recent encounter flowed to the back of her mind. She'd just entered a battle that could cost a life, and she wasn't about to let anything distract her. Her mind was set on herself and on survival. Territory, prey rights, and her life being the prize. This was her land after all, and she wasn't going to let it go. "Who raised you? Didn't they ever tell you to stay off other people's land?" The werewolf barked with a snicker attached to the end like a thread. The canine continuing her steady circle, from throwing and punching reach.
The blonde canine turned into a fast moving furball and she barrelled towards the red head once more, leaping and extending her forelegs as if to take the taller vampire down. Maw wide open and fangs gleaming. Metallic clips sounded continuously as her teeth met together or other substances. Her pupils were mere dots in the wide expanse of blue ice, and were focused to survive and slaughter.

Sakura managed to dodge but just barely, a cut appeared along her chest, just above the small gem that seemed to be embedded in it. Her once cocky look in her eyes, gave a dark and revengeful look. "Not bad, not bad!" she said, "But can you handle this?!" she asked. Her legs moved into a fast pace as she aimed a low punch at Astrid's lower chest.
---- "I don't really do introductions, they aren't really my stick." Izaya said giving Hiccup a drool stare. "But hey, you seem like an okay guy, so why not. Name's Izaya. Demon of Fears, or Demon of Trickery as people call me." he gave Hiccup a look. "Are you really a wizard, you don't look like much. Let me guess, you are the black sheep of your home?"

No. Don't let him make you freeze, Hiccup. You can't freeze again. Not like yesterday.
It appeared as though his brain was back on his side. Hiccup let himself relax a tiny bit, but the feeling of fire at his fingertips didn't go away. This demon appeared rather casual. Not the sort of demon Hiccup had been expecting. Not at all. What did he want with him, anyway? He'd purposefully tried to stay out of the fighting, and now he found himself face to face with an actual demon. Hiccup didn't know whether to be insanely proud of himself or insanely fearful for his life. At length, Hiccup shook his head. He wasn't going to let Izaya mess with him. At least... he hoped he wasn't. Hiccup wasn't fond of mind games. The last thing he needed was an overconfident demon messing with his head.
"If you must know, then let's just say I didn't belong back where I came from. What's it matter to you, though?" Hiccup asked. It was only just sinking in that Izaya had mentioned fear when he introduced himself. A demon of fear? What did that entail? Did the demon before him know how to make him squirm? Did he know what Hiccup feared more than anything else? Suddenly, the redhead was beginning to feel very uncomfortable. He wanted to run away. He wished he hadn't even come out there at all. But it was too late. He couldn't just turn his back on this enemy. He'd gone to the trouble of making his name known, so Hiccup at least felt obligated to try and fight. Emphasis on try. Hiccup was incredibly doubtful of his skills against an actual demon. If he came out of the fight alive, though, he certainly would have something to talk about with Rapunzel and the others when he got back.
"I should warn you, you don't want to mess with all this... raw... Vikingness." Hiccup said. As the words left his mouth, he felt the flickering flames within him increase their heat. It was almost as if his body wanted him to fight, even if his brain was adamantly against it. In that internal struggle, though, it appeared as though his body was winning out over his mind. Not a good thing, really, in terms of the well being of the one in charge. That is to say... not good for Hiccup's well being.

The blue-haired fairy had arrived a bit late. She couldn’t believe it had started already. She had spent a considerable amount of time, dwelling over whether she was cut out for this whole battle thing, but she just had to have faith that she was strong enough. She wasn’t the Queen for nothing after all. But power did not automatically mean skill, she had to tread carefully. She was the only fairy around, aside from her sister (Who she ordered to stay home, but she came anyways). At least she had the advantage of flight, which as far as she could see only a demonic-dragon had as well. Truth be told she didn’t have anything against any of these people, only demons, whose numbers seemed to be only slightly higher than hers. But she had to fight for her fairies.
As she watched the chaos from above she remained relatively silent. She was looking for an opponent, and she wanted the element of surprise. Everyone seemed to have an opponent already. However something caught her eye. A green dragon fighting a werewolf. She had to wrack her memory, but eventually she was able to remember why he looked so familiar. It was from the day of the meeting, he was the prince of the demons, she had seen glimpses of him in her territory, but he had gotten away too fast for her to question him. Her sister always dismissed it as nothing, but she was going to make sure. Like hell if she was going to let him kill another one of her fairies, if the thought even crossed his mind, he would pay dearly.
Without a word she sent a blast of light pink energy over to him, hoping to hit him head on. Both she and the werewolf were attacking him, one of them was bound to hit.

Kimiko entered the battlefield, baby blue eyes widened slightly. When her sister told her to stay away she should have listened. Seeing people fight so viciously was not something she was used to. However, she’d made such a fuss over going she wasn’t about to turn and run now. She transformed and flitted above the battlefield. She sent blasts of fire every which way, hoping to hit the area around someone to at least scare them. She didn’t want to set anyone on fire after all. However, she did want to be of some use. She and her sister were sorely outnumbered, so she had to use her fire, or else she didn’t stand a chance.
((Could she hit someone (or at least get around someone) so she can have an opponent?))

Odette jumped away from the fire, glaring at the girl that had sent it in the first place. Her shirt had caught one of the flames and she quickly patted them out. Running over to the girl she slid up behind her. Stopping for a second, her eyes closed. When they opened the iris flashed red and she attacked. Dropping her hands to the ground she crouched and spun kicked at her legs. Hopping to knock the little fairy off her feet.
"Watch where you throw fire sprite," she hissed.

Now was the one thing Scarlett lacked, but Snake Eyes had. The element of silence. The arrow pierced her shoulder, causing her to let out a grunt of pain. She found her opponent. Using her hand, she yanked the arrow out of her body, leaping out of the tree. Witch. A light witch, to be precise. She'd caught her off-guard, the vampire now wounded, and Shana would pay the price. She was weakened a bit from the attack. Crimson orbs flickered at her attacker, a devilish smirk obvious on her cherry lips.
"Well well well, what have we here? Flesh, magic... blood." Scarlett said, looking over her attacker. She was young. Really young. Just a kid, in fact. Teenager. No matter. She had the guts to pick a fight with her. Scarlett had to fight for her survival, and fight she would. Besides, the magic wielders living under the roof of the Black Castle had a supply of many. Considering the wizard she saw, it seemed most of them were just kids anyways. It shouldn't matter to her, right? Still, she felt a pang of guilt for fighting the girl, as if she had some human left in her.
That humane side left in her also aided her in attacks. Without a second thought, she attempted to kick the girl to the ground, hoping that she would at least do a tad of damage by doing this.

It took Chase about two seconds to realize what was going on when the fairy's blast hit him, sending him to the ground. He was not surprised to see that the werewolf had done some damange on him either. Golden eyes flashed at the sight of the two and a dark ominous laugh escaped his mouth. "Two against one huh? Well, i like a challenge. Especially since one of them happens to be Queen."
---- Izaya's face turned into great amusement. "Raw Vikingness?" he asked. "Oh how scary." the raven haired boy shook his head at the boy's problems. "It's not that i don't care, i just see it on your face. I have a knack for reading people. Humans are so interesting i can't help but laugh at their attempts."
The shadows around him seemed to dance, waiting and itching for an attack. They wanted to attack him, make his worst fears come to life. Yet, something made Izaya wait. "So, you have true power? Then show me!
--- Mami was more shocked that she had in fact hit her target but when she fell to the ground, she relieved herself of surprise, before struggling to her feet. "I am not about to lose, i might not be much of a fighter but i will win this battle!"

Hiccup gulped, suddenly feeling much more unsure of himself, as he caught sight of the shadows around Izaya moving. What sort of power did this being possess, anyway? What had he gotten himself into in the first place? Hiccup was almost afraid to ask. In fact, he didn't want to ask. All he wanted to do was damage this older boy and get the hell out of the forest before Astrid made good on her promise to kick him out as well. His hands were shaking. Hiccup was finding it difficult to even begin to concentrate on summoning the fire within him. Nerves, it seemed, were getting the best of him.
...And yet, Hiccup felt brave enough to try fighting. Just one move. How badly could it go over? Hiccup's gaze hardened into a determined sort of look and he lifted his hands up at last. The burning feeling within him was growing more intense, and the tingly, sparky feeling at his fingertips was just about as intense as he imagined it would be. No pressure, Hiccup. No pressure. All you have to do is hit this guy.
With that one thought in mind, Hiccup squeezed his eyes shut and let the fire that had formed in his hands shoot forward. He pleaded silently that it would hit. Do some sort of damage. Anything to prove that he wasn't Hiccup the Useless as Snotlout had once dubbed him.
----
Snotlout grinned from ear to ear. He'd done it! He'd done it! He'd actually gotten an attack in on the demon! Snotlout chomped down harder on Chase's tail, hoping to draw blood, in an attempt to do more damage to his opponent. Of course, hardheaded Snotlout didn't realize how stupid his idea was. Demon blood was the last thing any sane person would want in their system. Yet, there Snotlout was trying to bite the hell out of Chase and draw blood. Oblivious werewolf was oblivious to the potential re-precautions that would come with his action.
"Come on. What's the matter? Afraid to fight or are you just too busy looking at her over there?" Snotlout asked between a mouthful of tail. He had taken notice of Musa, and actually was grateful that the fairy had decided to come in and help him out. Now there were two fighting a demon. Snotlout couldn't take all the glory for the victory, if they did end up victorious, but he could at least take some credit.

Astrid released her target, taking a punch that knocked the wind out of her. Landing on four feet, the blonde wolf braced her body for the impact of the ground. Her legs felt the slight jolt that meant earth was beneath her paws, and took a breath. The girl was adamant in fighting, and had chased down the wagon she'd almost fallen off of. "Obviously," The girl replied with a low growl, snarling and going for Sakura's legs before continuing on her way to the outer reaches of the circle with a metallic clip of teeth. "But when I kick your carcass across the forest, I'm sure we'll see who can handle what." The canine snarled, dark laughter filtered in through the cracks of her voice. Astrid dove in for another attack, this time jumping and going to close her jaws on the reed head's spear hand. The wolf shook her head in an almost dizzying speed, as if to disarm the girl or have a better chance of getting the girl down. That was if she got the arm or the spear.
Feeling her back legs touch the earth once more, Astrid pulled down with her upper body, coiling into herself with her stomach. The blonde canine than released and leaped back to her circle. To keep this up, the girl might just form a rut. Astrid's ears were pinned against her skull as if their lives depended on staying glued to her head. Astrid's lean muscles were tensed and ready, coiling with steady certainty as Astrid made her circle. Astrid had learned by instinct the way of the wolves. Their tendency to rip others to shreds than to give a clean kill. To cause pain and confusion before taking down prey and either letting it bleed out through it's inflicted wounds or a torn out jugular. Either way Astrid was happy to acknowledge the things of tradition. So the girl increased her gait to a steady trot around the vampire, dashing in to rip at her thighs and calves before darting away.
Than, with bared fangs the canine leaped again, into the air. Making as if for an outright attack to the vampire's throat but curling to the side at the last moment, to shove her broad shoulder to the other teenager. Whether to take her down, knock the wind out of her, or whatever, Astrid was satisfied with the swift movement and curve her body made. Sure she'd take a mighty blow, but her sides were braced and hard packed with muscle and fur.

Sakura was taken back as the blonde wolf had knocked her to the ground. There wasn't much that the vampire could do but roll back to her feet, and charge. The heat of her blood rushed into her arms as she kicked her legs out from under her, hoping to send the blonde to the ground.
--- The fire burned at Izaya's jacket, however, this did not cause the demon to flinch, let alone be scared. "You know kid, that was my favorite jacket." he replied, torning off the burned jacket. "And, oh you burned a bit of my skin." he frowned at this.
Unlike the other demons, Izaya's healing wasn't as powerful, nor was he high rank so he couldn't heal without something like blood. "Pity, i was beginning to like you to." he shrugged. "Oh well, beggers can't be choosers." With a snap of his fingers, the shadows below him, moved around the viking's legs.
"Now then, prehaps you can show me what really makes you tick."

...He did it? Hiccup cautiously opened one eye, then the other, and watched as Izaya's jacket was tossed aside. Burns. Hiccup could plainly see burns on the demon before him. Confidence seemed to raise up a bit in the Viking. He hadn't felt that satisfied in a while. However, he felt himself stiffen a bit when the shadows started moving toward him. Unaware of what could happen to him, mainly because he had never fought a demon before, Hiccup limped back a bit in an attempt to not touch the shadows coming toward him. He didn't know what would happen, but already he could feel his pulse racing. Just seeing the shadows move was frightening. He didn't even want to begin to imagine what this Izaya, demon of fear, could do in relation to his own fears.
Fortunately for Hiccup, he could feel fire rushing to his hands faster than before. He was getting better. A shaky smile appeared on his face, but it faltered when he realized he was still in danger. Hiccup silently hoped that he wouldn't actually think about anything he feared or anything that would potentially make him freeze. Either scenario was unpleasant in the redhead's mind. The shadows didn't seem to be doing anything, though. One eyebrow quirked, but Hiccup kept his hands held up in case something happened. He needed to be ready to summon fire at any moment. For once, he was even able to ignore the ashy residue on his hands. He supposed that was something that came along with being in the heat of battle.
"B-Back! Back, I say! Get lost, you stupid shadows!"
...As if any of that actually sounded threatening. He was yelling at shadows without actually knowing what they could do to him. For all he knew, Izaya was having them scan him for the very things that made him freeze. Or he was waiting for the right moment to strike. Either way, Hiccup refused to be caught off guard. Just to be extra safe, Hiccup let another dose of fire come from within him and fired it in the demon's general direction. This time he didn't close his eyes. He wanted to see what this Izaya would do this time.

Izaya had to give the kid credit for fighting back, however, this time, the boy appeared not to be as coward like as he had before. Moving some of the shadows behind him, the flames disappeared. "The same trick, won't work twice on me boy." he replied. "If you want to beat me, you'll have to learn some new tricks."
Yelling at shadows? Now that had made him laugh. He couldn't believe what he was seeing, taking his sweet time, he disappeared, appearing right behind Hiccup. Giving a single smirk, the vampire demon twisted one of the boy's arms back. He wasn't doing it too hard but at a point, Izaya was hoping that the bones would crack.

(ooc: I thought that was the reasoning behind that. No worries. This will be my last post for right now, just so I can get some sleep.)
Hiccup cursed silently. He really should have thought about trying something else when he'd been thinking about it. Of course, it was too late to take back his attack. The flames had dissipated already and...
Where in the name of Thor did he go?
Hiccup was left staring blankly ahead of him just as he realized Izaya had disappeared. He'd forgotten about the shadows entirely. Emerald eyes darted from side to side, trying to find his demonic attacker, but found no trace of him. Just when Hiccup was about to start trying to figure out where he had gone, though, he felt pain in his right arm. It was being twisted back in a most uncomfortable fashion, and he knew for a fact that it wouldn't be a good idea for it to stay like that. Hiccup struggled in vain, trying to break free, all while trying to fight off the feeling of fire flowing to the arm Izaya had in his grasp. If he were to try using his fire when his opponent was that close, Hiccup was almost certain that both of them would end up burned. But the pain of his arm being twisted back... it was already too much for Hiccup.
Bet you're glad you're left-handed right now, huh Hiccup?
He really had no response for his brain that time. Hiccup was too busy grunting in pain and trying to get loose. He was already beginning to squirm under his opponent's grasp. Who knew how long that was going to last?

Landing gracefully on the ground and feeling rather triumphant that her attack had hit it’s mark she smirked at the demon-prince. She was getting a bit overconfident, she knew that, but it was two against one, what could possibly go wrong? Besides, she was angry. She hated the demons, but for some reason this man just rubbed her the wrong way. Be it the fact that she’d seen him trespassing in Andalasia or the fact that he was the prince, she just hated him more than any old demon. Neither the Demon or Werewolf made a move to attack, but she wasn’t going to waste any time.
“Harmonic Attack!” She yelled, taking measures to make sure her extremely loud sonic waves were directed at the demon only. Right now he was her only target. Hopefully her attack would be enough to at least stun the green dragon so she and Snotlout could get more damage done. ---- Kimiko was still floating above the ground a tad; however, when she was her sister go after someone she considered a friend she let out a surprised gasp and landed on the ground. The fairy was torn. She loved her sister, but she didn’t want to see Chase get hurt, much less her own sister. But if she tried to stop the fight her sister would get suspicious, then she would have some serious explaining to do. Still, her instincts took over and she just had to say something. “Musa, N- oof!” She said, though she was cut off by a leg sweeping her off her feet, literally. She looked up to see a blonde girl who looked to be the same age she was. Her stunned expression quickly turned angry as she glared daggers at the vampire. “Then why don’t you watch where you swing your big ugly feet?!” She demanded, too angry to be upset over the fact that she had called her a sprite, before throwing a blast of fire towards her and flipping up on to her feet.
