So since this is an AU do the character know each other? Like would Lilo know Myrtle?

its all up to you! If you want them to know each other they can. But in AUS its all up to you.
For Sinbad he's never met Marina or Proteus.

before i forget. Witches/Wizards are normally praticing all elements but there is just one that they are most skilled at.
Gothel being the head witch is just awesome and is pretty much skilled at all.
Death, Love and other ridiculous thing you can think of are not allowed.
These are allowed: Earth, Air, Water, Fire, Light, Darkness, Time and Spirit

In regards too the history part of the app, does it go from when their world changed or what? Just so I know how to fill that one out properly is all ^^
And the picture, it's of them before they were turned right?

yup before they turned, since Werewolves obviously can go back to human form.
it can, i mean for the most part it can be made up as you go or it can happen before/when their world changed

So for characters like Gothel... would they have been magical before things changed, or were they changed around the same time as everyone else?

well since Gothel was a witch in the movie i would say she woud be magical before things changed. The stars/meteors might have made her stronger
