I have a question about necromancer's....
Would they, hypothetically, be able to use there power's on the Vampire's? Technically they are dead... And if they can, could we make it to where the vampire can have some resistance to the spell(s) being used?
...Also maybe this was already talked about, but um... What about people who don't exactly WANT to be in a group? Loner's or outcast... That kinda thing?

If people are not in a group they are in fact loners, or fight for themselves

Two questions. One: Would Genie be able to work with Proteus?
Two: If Lilo is an Pychic would that apply to being taught magic by Gothel?

Genie can certainly work with Proteus. I would love that!
That's a tough call, Riven is an oracle too so he didn't learn his powers from Gothel, and Xia is a psychic so she got her powers from the meteor itsself. So it is really up to you

Eragon is a live action movie therefore it doesn't count. if it had been an animated movie or a manga i might have allowed it but only animated movies/characters are allowed

One more question, though. When you've been hit by the meteor, you're given special powers and/or your appearance changes.
Would hellhounds be granted special powers other than their strength and ability to move with/in shadows?
Such as being able to change their pelt color.
