Reunion, Ghost and Witch

[Danny Phantom]

Danny looked back at her in admiration. "Whoa," he chuckled. "That's new."

"It's not like I need to take care of you babies," Ember smirked. She insantly made herself invisible as she circled around them, trying to find the best angle. "Without your precious head phones, you're still helpless to my power."

Danny tried to look in the direction of the noise but it was no use. Ember was moving around too much.

[Sam]

"What Ember are you so scared you have to hide from a mortal?" Sam jeered, "Aww whose the baby now? Hiding behind your music and powers, you're the baby."

[Danny Phantom]

"Get this through your head dipstick," sneered Ember, emerging right in front of Sam, not caring that Danny suddenly was no where in sight. "I don't care what you think you can do to me. As long as I get them chanting my name, you will be noth--"

She was cut short as an energy blast hit her straight from out of the ground, blasting her to who knows where.

"Sorry pop princess," Danny joked, standing in front of Sam and looking off in the direction Ember disappeared in. "But you are so last year."

Danny changed back, his hair reverting to black, eyes reverting to blue, and he turned around to face Sam. "You okay?" he asked cautiously.

[Sam]

Sam smirked and lowered her hands, her little Earth chunks sinking back in as well. She rolled her eyes at her friend and nodded, "I'm fine. What's with the caution? It's not like I'm going to bite your head off idiot."

She gave him a soft punch on the shoulder and placed her hands on her waist. She had to admit, as good as Danny looked in ghost form, she liked the normal side. Though if he ever got rid of his powers she'd be pissed. It was fun running around with him and Tucker fighting ghosts.

[Danny Phantom]

"Uh..." Danny chuckled nervously. "Right, sorry. I know you can take care of yourself." The half-ghost ran his hands through his hair again. Then he got a strange feeling his eyes started darting around the park. He knew he'd find it. Granted, he didn't know what he'd find but he'd find it.

[Sam]

"You're acting weird," Sam said raising an eyebrow, "Something up?"

[Danny Phantom]

Danny's eyes stopped darting. "Oh, sorry. I just feel something, you know what I mean? I feel like we're being watched." His eyes darted a bit more and then they stopped and settled on Sam. "I hate it when this ghost thing gets in the way. I'm sorry Sam."

[Sam]

"What's that suppose to mean? I love the whole ghost thing!" She smiled and grabbed his hand pulling slightly, "Let's go find this ghost!"

She blushed realizing she was holding Danny's hand and promptly let go. Tucking her hair behind her ear she started looking around.

[Danny Phantom]

Danny blushed yet again. It seemed like he'd been doing that a lot. Suddenly a stream of blue smoke emerged from his mouth. "Okay," he said. "Now I know we're being watched."

Dan Phantom watched the scene with a smirk. Oh, the memories he had of times like these. They were so humorous, how they were able to go from fighting to loving each other in such a short time. It sickened him. Seeing the blue smoke, he took his leave, becoming invisible and flying off.

(Could I have him go after Ember? Danny wouldn't be seeing the small conversation/fight he would be having with her, so it would be in line with the Guys thread...)

[Sam]

"Really? Or are you just going all freaky because of Ember McLame?" Sam asked with a laugh.

The goth wasn't so sure though. A lot of things were odd around this town. More so than amity park.

[Danny Phantom]

Danny took up a defensive pose. "If it was Ember then it would have been before she was blasted to Timbuktu. So I think there might be another ghost here." Danny looked around before his eyes rested on Sam. He remembered what was going on before Ember showed up and stopped. "Uh," he chuckled. "Do you, uh, do you want to go back to sleep Sam?" he asked nervously while gesturing toward the tree.

[Sam]

Sam's cheeks turned red at the mention of going back to sleep...on Danny. She couldn't let it go any farther than that, sleeping on Danny could be taken as an accident. But she couldn't really tell him that she liked him. Sleep was something she needed but she really didn't want to risk getting caught by Ember again.

"Uh...sure I guess," she said.

[Danny Phantom]

"I-I mean, you don't have to if you don't want to," Danny stuttered. "It's really all the same to me." It really wasn't all the same but he didn't want to tell Sam that. "I mean, I could catch up on some sleep too I guess so I guess it does make a difference but I'm just going to stop talking now if that's alright with you." He shut up instantly, pursing his lips together to stop the constant stream of babble.

[Sam]

Sam laughed and rolled her eyes at the raven haired boy. Taking his wrist she dragged him over to the tree, and sat down. Leaning back against the tree she yawned and closed her eyes. He was babbling, at her! Not Paulina or Val, her.
