Evidently, this was going to be more difficult than he had anticipated. Flynn stared warily at the frying pan before looking to Rapunzel again. Clearly she had no idea what she would be up against with the smolder. Flynn felt like he had things all squared away. He was going to totally have himself out of that situation in no time. "Okay, clearly I've been left with no choice. Here comes the smolder." Flynn said at length. This was it. Surely his super good looks would render her unable to keep him captive.
The thief lowered his head slightly and closed his eyes. It was almost like he was preparing himself for something, and in a way he was. It wasn't like the smolder could just be called upon whenever he wanted. It took a bit of time to put it together! Regardless, Flynn felt confident. He was completely confident in his abilities to melt this blonde witch's heart to butter. Finally, Flynn flashed the best smolder he could muster. ...Granted, with his head hurting still from being hit on the head it wasn't as good as it could have been. In fact, it might have been best to say he looked more than a little doofy.
Of course. The one time you need to use the smolder, it backfires.

Rapunzel gave Flynn a curious looked as the admittedly handsome, yet doofy look appeared on her face. She stood her ground though. He seemed to be very conceited. What might've made other women melt and bend their wills to the man's needs Rapunzel stood her ground aiming the frying pan to him. Her bottom lip jutted out as a stubborn, determined expression appeared on her face. Rapunzel had the advantage of innocence on her side, she'd yet to meet anyone male that had acted in such ways, mostly due to the seclusion she'd been kept in by her mother and the castle. The other guys in the tower, well most were younger than her and she looked upon them as little brothers.
"Is that it than?" She managed to let out, emerald gaze hard as she watched the man for his next move. "A little conceited don't you think?" The girl continued. It seemed the older man had put a lot of effort in the expression, making it appear as it was one of his 'specialties' and was a very practiced and called upon move. In a way it was... funny. He seemed used to getting what he wanted, and Rapunzel was curious to see what would happen if his best weapon failed to work.
He was... admittedly cute, but Rapunzel at the time had no feelings more than that. He was a thief and in her opinion it was a black and white kind of thing. He was obviously a bad influence and force to be meddled with, even if he seemed charming and nice. Though Rapunzel could never see the word's of a lost cause that applied to anyone.
((ooc: I loved that post x3 Silly conceited Flynn!))

"Oh, come on. Really?"
There was no doubt that Flynn was disappointed that his secret weapon had failed him. He'd never had that happen before! But there it was as plain as day. The blonde was unfazed by his good looked. Silently, Flynn blamed the fact that he'd been hit on the head with a frying pan. He still couldn't get over that fact. "That usually works." he complained, offering a pout as if he was trying to win her over that way instead of with his charm. This was sure to fail, though, and Flynn probably realized that. Probably. It was either that or he really didn't care regardless of whether or not it failed anymore. His smolder had failed him. That was all that seemed to be going through his head at that moment.
"So then, oh brave frying pan wielder, what do you intend on doing to me?" Flynn decided to ask. If she left him alone, he would just try to climb down the way he had come originally. If she stayed, he'd only persist in trying to make her let him go. Either way it would be amusing to some degree. Were he in wolf form at that moment, there would be no doubt of the wolfish nature of the grin that had begun to form in place of the pout. Either way, the thief was going to be amused somehow.
He had to admit, for a stubborn thing there was a certain cuteness about Rapunzel. She certainly was the cutest girl he had come across in the general area for some time. Who knew? Maybe if they hadn't met in this particular way, they could have gotten along a bit better.

A pleased look came across Rapunzel's face as Flynn seemed to give up temporary attempts at charming his way into getting what he wanted. Even if it was given up more childishly. The smile faltered as Flynn asked her on what she was to do with him. An uncertain look crossed her face. "Uhm... You'll have to stay here... and since I don't trust you I'll have to stay here until someone comes outside." She said, more confidently. Something told her it wasn't going to be an easy detainment. She moved away from the window. If he were to flee, she'd have the advantage, propelling down from the small hook under the window and catching him with her hair before he had a chance to reach the forest line. If that happened, well, she could always bring him to the castle. Mother didn't like thieves... and she was certain her mother would with stand any charm tricks the werewolf had up his sleeve.
"You should go sit down, I don't know how long we'll wait. There's a bunch of teenagers, everyone likes to sleep late." The blonde gestured to a chair and picked up some paints, whipping some of her hair to open more of the tower's windows and lighting the small room up. "So Flynn Rider," the girl continued, trying to make some chit chat. She didn't like it when awkwardness filled the air. "Where're you from? Obviously not form here. No one here's from here it seems." She stated starting to paint on a small empty spot on the wall. It was something rather simple, and it started with a long streak of bright yellow paint.
She had to give the handsome man some credit though. He was persistent. Had they not met in such a strange, odd way, they might've had a more pleasant conversation. Maybe if they'd run into one another in town... except Rapunzel rarely ventured from the castle. It was mostly due to her long hair, things would get snagged in it, people would gawk. No matter how brave or enthusiastic the girl seemed to be, she was always somewhat self conscious about her hair. As well as paranoid. There'd been a reason her hair was kept so long, she didn't plan to find out the reaction of what would happen if it were cut.

"You are stubborn, you know that?" Flynn asked. It was true, though. Never before had Flynn encountered such a hardheaded individual. Rapunzel was clearly set on keeping him right there, though. Fine. If that was how it was going to be, then he'd go along with it.
"Fair enough." Flynn conceded. He decided it was better not to incur the wrath of the frying pan again, and so he was going to just go along with whatever she said. For the time being, at least. From the sound of it, though, the place seemed to be run by teenagers. The idea was almost laughable! Teenagers in charge of anything? Never mind the fact that Flynn had once been a teenager himself, he just didn't think teens would be capable of doing much on their own. Flynn let one eyebrow raise at the very idea of teenagers running the place, but it dropped back into place when Rapunzel asked her question.
"You'd be right, I'm not from around here. I guess you could say I'm from all over the place. Where I hang my vest is home." Flynn replied casually. That much had always been true. He'd never been able to be pinned down before. He liked it that way, actually. It meant he had more freedom than other people he might know. Hell, Flynn was convinced he had the most freedom of any of the werewolves he'd met. The others all seemed to come from places where they had to do things in certain places. Flynn, on the other hand, was free. Free to do as he pleased. He almost felt bad for the blonde girl having to be stuck in one place. "I'm guessing you, on the other hand, tend to stay in one place. At least judging from your..." Flynn paused. He could have sworn he heard some kind of clinking sound. Where was that even coming from?
----
Climbing up the stairs leading to the top of the tower had been no easy task. But Hiccup was doing this for a reason. Two reasons, actually. One, he wanted to see if he could make it on his own without having to wimp out and call for help with his new leg. The other reason was, frankly, that he was rather lonely at the present moment. Being grounded was no easy task, that much was certain, and even with Spike it was difficult to get through. It wouldn't last much longer, though. Sooner or later Gothel would allow him to leave the general area of the castle, and then he would be able to stretch his legs in the woods instead of just outside the castle. Today, though, he'd wanted to at least see Rapunzel for a bit. Show her that he was doing okay. This had led him to climbing the tower through more conventional means than Flynn had used.
Hiccup's pace slowed a bit, though, when he thought he heard something coming from Rapunzel's room as he neared it. A voice he'd never heard before. At least, Hiccup thought it was a voice. For all he knew he could have just been hearing things. Still, it didn't hurt to check. Hiccup paused to catch his breath, letting his arm rest against the railing near the wall, and when he'd finally thought he'd rested enough, he lifted his hand to knock on the door.
"Rapunzel? Everything okay in there?"

"I know." Rapunzel nodded, adding orange to the long golden streak, giving the effect of dimension and shading. Switching it, Rapunzel mixed brown and black, and began painting a backdrop around. She normally painted out of the normal order... she liked it that way. Rapunzel listened to Flynn, and let her paintbrush go down. It seemed, in some sort of expression, he went where the wind took him. Or something like that. While Rapunzel looked down in though, her lips going flat, and leaning towards a slight frown. "You're right... I've never left the castle." her voice was small, and barely audible. She than realized Flynn had become quiet and a light knock on the door brought her from her thoughts. Springing to her feet, Rapunzel was up on her feet, paintbrush down. Rapunzel flit over to the door, swinging it open and sprung back to her art.
"Hey Hiccup. Meet Flynn. Flynn, meet Hiccup. It'd be proper if you two shook hands, but whatever. Rapunzel had picked up her paintbrush and was continuing on the little bit of artwork. "Hiccup's my best friend," Rapunzel's green eyes turned to Flynn. Than, darting back to Hiccup, she gestured with a hand to Flynn. "He's a thief I caught." Rapunzel had no trouble in coming straight out. If Hiccup were going to tell before she'd come up with a plan of action, well... he'd have to take the stairs. It seemed the girl was more used to the tower and knew how to maneuver around it and use it to her own advantage. "OH, and yeah, everything's fine." Rapunzel decided to stop her painting long enough for the backdrop she'd made to dry.
Her eyes looked with concern over to Hiccup. "You should really sit down, the tower's almost.... 70 ft tall. And you took the stairs." Rapunzel rarely ever took the stairs. She herself climbed or swung her way up through the many hooks she'd carefully placed on the walls of the tower which appeared to have no real use. Unless you were her. Rapunzel had brought some water up and she made her way to where she had the little tins/flasks of them, handing one to Hiccup. The girl rarely came up to the tower unprepared, she often used it as her own room, though she had her own reserved room in the castle. That way Gothel had a way of keeping an eye on her daughter, though most times it was the tower she was in.
Rapunzel took a sip of water herself. "Hiccup, I'm actually surprised to see you up here. Though it's really good you made it up here!" The girl exclaimed, praising the boy. She wouldn't be surprised if both males might be if only the least bit surprised by her behavior. After all it wasn't typical. One didn't just go about introducing a thief, held captive in a tower. Well... unless that one was Rapunzel. Rapunzel than took her own seat on one of the chairs, as if it was tea time. Call her odd, and odd she might have been.

"Hiccup?" Flynn repeated, brown eyes darting from Rapunzel to the redhead that had just walked in. He stared at the scrawny teen for a few moments, almost as if he didn't quite know what to make of him, and finally shook his head a little. The kid certainly looked like he was some kind of scrawny reject. With an odd name to match! "Not every day you meet someone named Hiccup." Flynn remarked. There was a hint of mockery in his tone, almost as if he was making fun of the scrawny teen. Who went and named their son Hiccup, anyway? He would have said more, but he found himself watching as Rapunzel darted around and went about her painting once more as if nothing had happened. What a strange girl. was Flynn's first thought.
Still, he didn't think it was so bad being discovered by someone like Hiccup. If it were someone older, someone more threatening in appearance, then Flynn would probably have had a reason to freak out just a bit. As it turned out, though, he'd turned silent for no real reason. "So, I guess that answers my question about what kinds of people live around here." he murmured. It was only then he realized what Rapunzel had said regarding the height of the tower. Seventy feet. That was quite a climb. And he had accomplished it. So had the twiggy boy. Interesting how that worked out.
"Hey. You only caught me off guard, Blondie. If I hadn't been so caught up in looking for a nonexistent treasure, I wouldn't have been caught." Flynn said in an attempt to defend his manly pride. It was bad enough that he'd been caught. Being caught by someone a few years younger than him who happened to be the opposite gender was just downright embarrassing.
----
Gratefully, Hiccup took the water from Rapunzel and downed it in a few gulps. He must have been insane to take on the task of actually climbing the tower himself. But that was what he did. All to try and strengthen himself somehow. Hiccup didn't even know if he had succeeded that much or not. His own eyes darted to Flynn as he took in what Rapunzel had said. A thief? She'd caught herself a thief? Hiccup had to admit that he was impressed by that much. Finally, though, he did take up her offer on taking a seat before watching as Flynn too decided to shift his position so that he was sitting. He hadn't missed Flynn's remark about his name. Nor had he missed the sort of mockery in his tone. Hiccup had honestly been expecting something along those lines from others before. Hiccup was just a strange name!
"Well, you know me. I had to at least see you once before the day got over with. Besides... it's not exactly the easiest thing just staying in one place while being grounded like this. As for the climb... I will never underestimate a tower again." Hiccup said at length. He wasn't going to address Flynn's remark regarding his name. It would settle itself out somehow. "And... how did you come to catch a thief like this Flynn guy?" Hiccup asked. It was his turn to slip in a sort of haughty tone. He was totally mocking the fact that Flynn had been captured by someone younger than him. And evidently hit on the head with her frying pan, too! Oh, he'd hate to be Flynn right then. He'd hate to be anyone that got hit with a frying pan. That would just be downright painful.

"You don't meet anyone named Flynn or Rapunzel everyday either." Rapunzel said simply, countering the thief's insult to her friend. Two could play at that game. Remembering the thief's bred in pride, Rapunzel only nodded as he tried to justify himself. "Of course," she nodded, as if agreeing with the thief. "You might've been able to get away, if you hadn't been distracted." Rapunzel continued, nodding solemnly. Though Rapunzel didn't really believe it. Had he tried to run... there was hair she could easily propel down. She didn't mention that though. Rapunzel than nodded to Hiccup, smiling. It seemed many did underestimate the tower. Rapunzel, thankfully, had her hair, making it so much easier on her calves. She didn't have to climb stairs, she just had to bring herself up and in she was!
"Oh you know, freakishly long hair, a frying pan and the element of surprise." Rapunzel brought up her hair and twirled her frying pan in the respective order, and crossed her arms over her chest to finish it. it must've been weird though, she was acting as if none of it was out of the daily routine. She was actually handling it well. "What is really odd is how his head is so hard." The girl emphasized the words turning to Flynn. He hadn't even blacked out, she'd only stunned him. Which was amazing, considering a tough frying pan was used. As if on a whim, Rapunzel lifted the frying pan once more, inspecting it.
"Just as I thought. I'm pretty sure there's a dent." Rapunzel pointed to a small spot on the frying pan. It was a joke of course, but had there been a dent, she wouldn't have been surprised.

"Touche. But I think if there were a weird name contest, Hiccup would win." Flynn remarked. Call it cruel, but he still wanted to poke fun at the twiggy kid. What fun would there be if he couldn't take the opportunity to mess with the kid that had underestimated the tower? ...Okay, so Flynn had underestimated it as well. He, at least, seemed to have had an easier time with it since he hadn't actually had to climb any stairs. ...And he'd been fortunate that he hadn't lost his grip on the sticks he'd been using to climb up. A fall from that high wouldn't have been pleasant.
As Rapunzel remarked on their supposedly being a dent in her frying pan, Flynn's expression went to one that screamed he wasn't very impressed. So he had a hard head. Big deal! "Let's just say it's thief's good luck that I didn't get knocked out. Either that, or you didn't hit me with quite enough force." cocky thief was being cocky again. He flashed another sort of arrogant grin, almost as if he was trying to win the two magic users over, but it didn't seem to impress Hiccup all that much.
"Speaking of that freakishly long hair, why is it so long? Any particular reason? Or are you just afraid of scissors?" Flynn joked. There had to be a reason behind why Rapunzel kept her hair that long. After all, it wasn't every day he met someone with such... long hair. Didn't it get in the way of doing stuff? Or had she gotten used to it? Flynn seemed to think more toward the latter since Rapunzel seemed pretty capable of getting around with so much hair.
----
"It's a Viking name, I'll have you know. Don't be fooled by my appearance. There's a whole lot of raw Vikingness contained within me." Hiccup stated. Were he not quite as tired out from the climb up, Hiccup probably would have taken the opportunity to show off a little of said 'raw Vikingness' for the thief. ...Never mind the fact that his name actually meant 'accident'. He wasn't about to tell Flynn about that much. He was content to see where this conversation would end up going, anyway. "Untapped potential." he finally added. No matter how he put it, it still sounded silly. Much too silly for his liking.
"So then, what exactly are we going to do with this thief? And why does he have pointy teeth?" Hiccup asked. He wasn't even going to comment on the fact that he had unintentionally made a rhyme. He wanted to know what Rapunzel planned on doing with Flynn. Furthermore, the thief's teeth were rather odd to look at. It wasn't every day he ran into someone with pointed teeth.

Rapunzel brought up the frying pan as Flynn mentioned. "We could always try again, see which." she teased. In a way, Rapunzel seemed to be trying to beat down the cocky way the thief made up excuses. Not literally of course... yet. Though it was the first time she'd ever seen the thief and she was only going on her own personal thoughts, that maybe the thief wasn't all he appeared. Of course though, he could be. Cocky thief that he was, it might've just been him. Either way, Rapunzel didn't expect much. Another arrogant grin, and Rapunzel rolled her eyes. Though she seemed amused by the small enmity the two seemed to be displaying towards one another. At least it wasn't any physical violence, and Rapunzel always assumed men weren't ones to use emotional warfare.
At the thief's next question though, Rapunzel gave a small, almost nervous laugh. "Oh, magic reasons..." She looked at golden hair strewn about the tower. "And so I don't have to climb or take stairs to high towers, like you two. And deathly afraid of scissors." The girl continued to joke, nodding. Rapunzel didn't like to reveal the full extent her powers went when it came to her hair. Even Mother warned against it, seeing as some people might fake being a friend in order to get close to the power... Of course she didn't believe Hiccup was that friend, but one could never be too careful and could she become anymore of a weirdo? Seventy feet of long, golden hair and magical powers to boot. Though the latter wasn't too uncommon anymore.
An amused smile did come to her lips as Hiccup defended himself. "Of course, all that raw vikingness, you can never underestimate it!" She wagged a finger in Flynn's direction, shaking her solemnly. Overall the interaction between the two was amusing, not to mention how the thief showed no hint of being uncomfortable at being outnumbered. If that's even how he thought of it. For all he might've seen, it was just a teen and a girl a few years younger who were in his way of freedom. He might've even been plotting an escape.
"As to your first question, I don't know. Yet." She sent a wary glare in Flynn's direction. "I don't think there is much to do... after all he's a thief! He'll probably try and steal from someone else. Mother's no where to be seen as of now and we couldn't ask her. " Rapunzel shrugged, talking as if the thief wasn't present. "And apparently pointy teeth is a werewolf thing. Scary and weird huh?" Rapunzel tried to move the conversation to a lighter note, though her face still had thought written all over it. Her thinking had gone as far as catching the thief and intruder. Having done thought and believing she would have failed or scared him away... well, she had no backup plan. Especially now that he was fully coherent, and capable of being unpredictable. "You have any ideas Hiccup?"

Flynn appeared unimpressed by Hiccup's supposed raw Vikingness, and in turn just scoffed a little at the idea. "Kid, you're about as threatening as a twig. Why don't you try that 'raw Vikingness' stuff when you get some muscle?" Flynn asked. He highly doubted that would be any time soon. If climbing stairs had worn the kid out, then training would probably kill him. Flynn hadn't even taken notice of Hiccup's leg. If he had he probably wouldn't have even said anything. Instead, he was more focused on just trying to get the hell out of that tower. Funny, really. He'd wanted to be in there so badly before but now he found himself wanting out.
Note to self: avoid towers with blondes that wield frying pans!
"And here's a thought. How about just letting me leave? That's an idea." Flynn said. He was actually hoping that this time he would succeed in convincing the two teens to let him go. It had to work. He'd asked sort of politely. That had to count for something.
Hiccup sent a nasty glare in the werewolf's direction as thanks for the 'threatening like a twig' remark. "I'm beginning to think the majority of the werewolf population is out to try and get at me in some way or another." Hiccup deadpanned. First Snotlout and now Flynn. What more could happen? Now that he thought about it, though, Rapunzel did seem to have a point. Snotlout's teeth had seemed a bit pointier than usual when he had seen him in human form. Maybe it was a werewolf thing. But what about Astrid...?
"As for what we can do with him, why don't we actually knock him out and then decide? Don't want him getting any funny ideas about us actually letting him escape on our watch, do we?" Hiccup asked. He hadn't missed Flynn's suggestion of letting them go. That was about as likely to happen as it was for Hiccup to sprout wings and fly. That is to say, very unlikely.

"Boys, boys, your both beautiful." Rapunzel rolled her eyes at the two. She didn't want the little word battle to get physical. Men. Pfft. It went from amusing to childish. A 'my crayon box has more crayons than yours' sort of match, except aimed at Hiccup more. He was scrawny, yes, but when (not if, as Rapunzel had much confidence in the boy) he learned to control his powers, Flynn could be in a world of hurt as well as bald. She had a feeling the thief would hate that almost more than anything. "And twigs can be pretty harmful. If I hit you with a twig, I'm pretty sure it'd hurt." Rapunzel reasoned. Twigs, sharp as a whip when flung out quickly.
At Flynn's question, Rapunzel smiled in mock agreement. "Of course! Why not let the thief who tried to steal possible treasure from my tower and will probably try it again from some poor person's house? It's genius!!" Rapunzel had some high morals and valued her ethics. To herself, she reasoned, that if she were to let the thief go and he robbed someone else out, she would have willingly let him commit more crimes. For a girl who lived in a castle all her life with little social interaction with the outside world, not counting the teens who'd shown up at her home, she had some high expectations of the world around her. She also seemed to believe people such as Flynn could be taught the same sort of moral values. Was she right? The expression 'only time will tell' was only fitting.
"I guess all dogs know hot to play fetch?" Rapunzel tried the joke. Canines- Twigs eh? Okay, maybe not the best joke, actually one very poorly constructed. Oh well. "Or the wild just doesn't mix too well with fire?" She offered on a more thoughtful note. She'd heard of the wild creatures that avoided the mysterious fire humans seemed to be able to construct at will. It could explain the general fighting they seemed to cause with Hiccup... Or Hiccup's sarcasm. Than again it could just be a guy thing, seeing as his other blonde werewolf friend appeared to have no problem with him.
"I tried knocking him out, at this point I think his head might be made of metal." Though, to test her theory, Rapunzel did, indeed throw her frying pan a second time in Flynn's general direction. Random though it was, it wasn't a bad idea. Hiccup was also normally better at coming up with a game plane, and whether or not it was a serious suggestion, it made more progress than Rapunzel's 'nothing' ideas. If the frying pan hit, well it hit. If it knocked him out, more time for planning. If it merely disarmed the blonde of her better weapon... Flynn was open.
((ooc: Why do I have the oddest idea if Flynn were to escape? I guess it involves using Rapunzel's hair, and Rapunzel trying to go after him and having something Hiccup horrible happening to her? xD They are close in clumsy-ness ))

(ooc: We shall have to see what happens. But that sounds like something that would happen. If only to prove that Hiccup is bad luck. CX)
Hiccup visibly cringed as Rapunzel's frying pan collided with Flynn's head. This time, though, it appeared to have had the desired effect. Flynn hadn't been expecting the blow, obviously, and this time he actually did fall over flat on his face. Knocked out. Hiccup stared at the knocked out werewolf for a few moments, almost as if he was anticipating Flynn getting up and appearing perfectly fine after that, but when he didn't move it began to appear as though it had worked in their favor.
"Looks pretty knocked out to me. Must have just gotten lucky the first time." Hiccup observed as he got up from his spot. He wobbled for a moment, still not quite used to the way his weight needed to be dispersed with the prosthetic, and slowly moved closer to the unconscious thief. Carefully, he extended his hand and tapped Flynn on the shoulder. When nothing happened, Hiccup visibly relaxed before returning to his seat and slumping over into it. Now came the hard part; deciding what to do with the thief.
"Okay, looks like we've got time to figure this out now. We obviously can't just let him stay here, and if we tell Gothel she'll probably explode worse than she did that one time when I set my vest on fire." Hiccup remarked. It was true, though. Gothel probably wouldn't be terribly pleased to find out a werewolf thief had made his way into Rapunzel's tower to find a nonexistent treasure and had potentially made himself a threat to the rest of the castle. Gothel probably wouldn't have shown Flynn any mercy if she discovered him. That was where Hiccup and Rapunzel came in. Stupid though it sounded, Hiccup did think their thief didn't necessarily deserve the full wrath of Gothel. So now came the time to put a plan into action.
Were Hiccup in a better condition right then, he probably would have been pacing across the room as he thought. Since that wasn't the case, though, he merely brought his hand to his chin and thought. They'd already knocked him out, and holding him captive probably wouldn't have been a great idea. So what could they do with him? Torture? ...Nah. Hiccup still didn't have his fire powers under control enough to utilize them in such a fashion without risking setting his friend on fire as well. "Gah... I'm drawing a blank. Maybe we should just hold him hostage until we can think of something better."

Rapunzel nodded, agreeing with Hiccup. Flynn was knocked out, KO, blackout. It was a surprise to the blonde, but a relief. No way he'd be able to plan an escape or try that smolder thing again. The thief really must've been having an off day. The brunette was obviously out. Hiccup had also proved it. "Yeah, thief's luck I guess..." She mumbled. Continuing to listen to Hiccup, she frowned. It was true, mother would have freaked out. No doubt causing the man more harm than the two teenagers could do. Rapunzel wasn't fond of torture and Hiccup seemed equally unwilling by his suggestion. So Flynn was free of that issue. Gothel didn't like mercy, and was rarely prone to show it to those outside the castle's circle. If they were to go to her... Rapunzel shivered. Unable to imagine the monstrosity, Rapunzel nodded in agreement with Hiccup.
They'd keep him as a hostage. It seemed nice, even if the thief disagreed. "Hostage is good, We'll have to make this place more hospitable... sorta." Rapunzel cocked her head at nothing in particular though, an amused smile coming on her face. "Is it a funny coincidence how it feels like we're keeping a pet from Mother? Taking care of it, a secret pet? Better yet, he is a werewolf." Rapunzel gave a light laugh. Getting up from her chair, Rapunzel moved around the tower, picking up her things and placing them neatly on shelves, and cleaned up the makeshift room she'd constructed in the tower. It seemed she'd be using her actual room more than not. Just in case they decided to keep the thief overnight, or if he didn't run away. How could he? Rapunzel cleaned up the tower in just a few movements, mostly picking up and moving paints and art equipment. She did assume Hiccup meant keeping him hostage in the tower. It seemed to risky to try and move him. Whether it be because he'd be able to run away, or Gothel or other students might see them.
Rapunzel than looked at Flynn with an 'uhm' face. "Do you think he'll remember falling on his face when he wakes up?" She looked at Hiccup guiltily. She felt... sorta bad. Falling on one's face didn't seem to comfortable. So, Rapunzel getting on her knees and being the merciful blonde she was, decided to roll the brunette over onto his back. Taking the frying pan in one hand and using it as a lever. It was like flipping a large, clothed hamburger.

"A secret pet, huh?" Hiccup asked. He rather liked the idea. Especially because it basically was true. While he was their hostage, Flynn was also a werewolf. That essentially made him a pet for the time being. Oh, if the other Vikings were to find out he was keeping a pet... a secret pet, at that... they would be impressed. Assuming they even wondered if he was even alive, that is. "The best part is, my dad won't even know about it. So we're totally keeping a secret from both our parents. Only... mine wouldn't care so much." Hiccup said. At least, he guessed that Stoick wouldn't care. Since when did the bearded Viking ever care about anything he did?
Hiccup had to laugh a bit as Rapunzel flipped Flynn over. He certainly did look more comfortable on his back than he did on his face. Even still, the visual that came along with flipping him over was priceless. "Well, on the plus side... he should be more comfortable. I don't even know if he'll remember you knocking him out." he laughed. He hoped he wouldn't. Then it would be one of those great 'We know more than you do' moments when Flynn regained consciousness. "And even better, it's not Snotlout." he said at length. The fact that it was a different werewolf from the one that was apparently dead set on blaming him for everything that had happened was a good one. At least Hiccup wouldn't be at war with Flynn. Even if Flynn did seem fully intent on picking on him.
"The beauty of keeping him hostage in here is that he can't get down without someone beating him to it. And we have that advantage. Granted, I'd be slower to get down there than you would but we at least could cut him off before he tried it. If he does try it." Hiccup said. He still wasn't fully convinced that Flynn would want to stay in one place. On the off chance that he did try to escape, though, they did have the advantage of being able to get to the ground first. Unless shenanigans came into play.
"...You think maybe we should tie him up or something? Just in case 'Wolfie' here decides to try something funny when he wakes up?"
